Update: The manager I had conflict w/ transferred locations (not associated), but nothing was done to rectify the situation
I’ve visited this location often (5yrs) & rarely had a issue until recently, when they hired a new manager named “Alex”
A vanilla iced coffee w/ sides of extra syrup, is my reg order. Alex had a issue w/ the amount they were giving me. She has since made a point to stop what she is doing, in order to watch the amount other employees give & proceeds to give dirty looks. I understand part of her job is food cost, but it’s extreme
On 5/18 I decided to go in. Because the drive through was almost around the building.This time I ordered 4 extra sides of syrup. Alex yet again, stopped what she was doing. So she could my order being made. As she continued to go back & forth from watching my order. To giving me more dirty looks. My blood started to boil. But as usual, I didn’t say anything. After i looked in the bag, I ordered more extra syrup. Because it wasn’t enough..At this point Alex was sitting down in the lobby. Getting ready to eat. When she heard that I ordered more. She literally stopped, got up. Just so she could watch them. I had enough. So I said to her “don’t worry, he’s doing 2 pumps.” She then replied “you can get out.” To sum up the rest I waited for my order. Then I left.
On 5/19 I came back. This time I went through the drive through. When I got up to the window to get my food. Alex stopped, then pulled the employee away & yet again told me to leave. We exchanged words. Then she told me to leave again. I said ok, but I’m not leaving until I get a refund or what I paid for. She asked for my card & issued a refund (which I’m still haven’t received) then I left. So she’s apparently banned me from coming back.
After speaking to some of the other locals. I’m not the only one that’s had a issue w/ her. After 5yrs I’ve had 0 issues. I’ve been a loyal customer. The way I’ve been treated isn’t ok & I plan on speaking w/ the owner. Once I catch him there. Then I’ll update my reviews (google, BBB, FB, trip advisor, etc.)...
Read moreWent there for 4 orders of cookies (2 per order/8 cookies total). I was actually doing a door dash delivery for a customer @ 11 at night. At that hour the lobby is closed, but you can still use the drive thru until 11. Firstly, the woman working the drive thru was clearly a lil aggravated that I had come right at 11 (not my fault btw, I was just picking up the order, I didn't place it) b/c she has a total attitude right off the bat! The very first thing she says is not "hi" or "hello"! Oh no, it was "we close @ 11 so u can't place any new orders, unless your here to pick up I can't help u!" I calmly ignore the major attitude & replied "I'm sorry, but lucky for me I'm just here picking up a door dash order." Just as nasty as her 1st sentence she told me to "pull around". The tone she had during each interaction was just.... well, crappy! Then as if that's not bad enough 10 minutes go by, & I'm still waiting for a few lil cookies!!! Mind you, I'm the only car in the drive thru he has to wait on so I used my cell to call inside the restaurant, no answer the 1st call. 5 more min later I called again & she answered, I told her it's been 15 min & I'm still waiting on 8 cookies. Without saying a word to me, she hangs up & seconds later comes to the window with the order. She had FORGOTTEN about me completely. Here's the worst part tho, instead of apologizing for my wait she lies to me... She says, (as as can be)"geez the cookies have to be cooked before I can give em to you"!!! 🤣🤣🤣Yes, you read that right... she really thinks I don't know that those cookies are not made fresh in the restaurant they're sold in. He said well we may or may not replace it. I said arent you a manager? How do you not know the protocol for this. He said well I dont know. While I'm telling him how horrible that sounds coming from a manager he agrees and sets the phone down without saying anythingi heard him talking in the background to other employees.
