Nine Giant Fermentorium — Restaurant in Cincinnati

Great quality drinks. Our group just had beers but Nine Giant makes some fantastic beers and I will probably try this place again and sample the tiki drinks.

We came on plinko night which is a fun promotion where you might get cheaper drinks.

Not sure what the issue was behind the bar but my 5 friends and I weren't really feeling very welcomed by the two bartenders. At one point it took a customer who was sitting at the bar next to where we were lined up to grab one of the bartenders to wait on my group. Meanwhile at the other end of the bar people kept being served that queued well after us. Glasses being washed is important but not before taking peoples orders. Maybe understaffed or maybe just wall flowers?

Since it's bar service only... they probably need a dedicated space to approach the bar... or they need to add some staff (place was packed) and add table service. If every seat at the bar was filled (nearly was a few times) it would be very difficult to get a drink.

We ordered food from Nine Giant (around the corner) and that again was great quality but it would be great if they could work out a way to bring the food over to the Fermentorium via the back door or something. Got our food and it had no utensils so had to run back in the...

We had our rehearsal dinner here a couple weeks ago and it was nothing short of fantastic! We did the Taco Bar and Megan was WONDERFUL to work with and communication was fantastic. She was very clear with the layout, menu, helped up with an alcohol package and we were able to get the room decorated a little bit before the party got there. We were quoted the exact amount it ended up being on our final bill, so it was great to have no extra surprises during this busy weekend! She even added some of our favorite artists into the Ferns playlist that night. We would absolutely recommend, our guests raved about the drinks, food and service and we are lucky to have this in our local neighborhood and enjoy future celebrations...

But for real, this place is the bomb. Incredibly friendly and welcoming atmosphere, plus it's easy to order food from the Nine Giant brewpub to eat while you're at the Fermentorium. Drinks are served in super fun tiki mugs, AND they're amazing. They also get kind of experimental with things like their daiquiris, and it results in some wild flavors that end up being delicious. The drink menu always has something new every time I come back!
