Food was excellent as normal, but not impressed with customer service today. First time I came, my son ordered a 1/4 burger was charged and given 1/2 pound. He was happy. Next time he ordered 1/2 pound gave him 1/4. We checked receipt most of us had eaten before he started. We weren't ready to wait longer and were only charged for the 1/4 burger we didn't mess with taking time to correct it.

However, today, my son and I both order a 1/2 pound burger. I stressed the 1/2. We both got 1/4. We didn't get a receipt, so I took them back. The manager checked the order. The clerk at the window errored putting it in the computer. She offered to remake them. We agreed to pay the difference and she took the old to throw away. I took the fries up to be remade so we would have HOT fries when the new remade burgers. We were told they couldn't take the food back (yet she literally just took the burgers from me). She said she could make new fries for us to be ready with the burgers, but would cost more. I disagree with this.

I understand if under charged for original order, and mistakes happen. Poor customer service not remaking fries to be hot with remade burgers, since remake was their fault. Consequently, my dinner was eaten in stages...milkshake...fries...burger...then last part of saved shake. Bun on first burger was warm with melted cheese....bun on second was cold and seems to be out of fridge and cheese not melted. Guess I made them mad tonight. I wasn't trying to be mean, just wanted what we ordered...and an entire meal hot at the same time...oh well, at least the clerk now knows how to input 1/2...

I get there and order two ice cream cones ,two rootbeer floats ,a turtle Sunday and three pup cups ,a woman with extremely short blonde hair and an extremely big nose comes to the front looks at me then goes to the kitchen and said something to the extremely obese cook with greasy straight hair hanging down everywhere and says something they start laughing the cook keeps looking at me and the blonde broad as well then one of the teenagers comes to the window to see what they're talking about and goes back and the gossip bullying fest gets worse so I flip them off and the obese woman comes and tells me to leave she refuses to serve me I have the entire thing on video ,,,as a matter of fact when I told her I was calling her manager she said do you want her name I said no I don't need her name she said her names Colleen so left and went to dairy queen,,,later I found out the blonde is my ex boyfriends daughter whom I'd never met before but obviously these people act like they can treat people however they please can I get a recommendation for a good lawyer I feel a lawsuit...

This was my first time coming here and it was awesome. Warning: This review may alter how you think about Egg Nog. If you love it, please stop here so I won't ruin it for you . I ordered a small Egg Nog Ice Cream cone and a medium Bubblegum milkshake. My entire life I've disliked Egg Nog because I always thought it tasted like stale bubblegum. So when I got to the drive through I thought since it's been decades, let's test my theory.

Milkshake: I knew going in I probably wouldn't like it because I don't care for it. It wasn't awesome, but I still tasted ok for something I would normally never order. 🥤

Ice Cream cone: Holy cow! This was awesome. I'm a senior and this was the first time in my life Egg Nog didn't taste like stale bubblegum. It was a flavor I never experienced and was so sorry I only ordered the small cone. This is my new favorite. If you know me, you know this is so not me to push Egg Nog anything.

Drive through: there were 4 cars ahead of us and it went really fast.
