I have never in my entire 40 years of existence experienced such amazing customer service. I wish I would have asked the two girls that helped me what their names were so I could tell the manager how great they were. I had never been there before and had some questions about the mocha. They both explained what is in it and the process of how they make it. While one of the girls made it the other asked me about my day and the plans I have. I told her I'm being lazy and watching one of my fav true crime shows and then we talked about true crime. It felt so natural talking to her and not forced like at Starbucks and Dutch Bros. When I got my drink they made sure I liked it before I drove off. These girls deserve serious recognition for their genuinely perfect customer service. I am now going to be a lifetime human bean customer!!! The mocha is amazing by the way. I can't wait to try the other drinks. Thanks for making my morning so wonderfully satisfying. Read moreI arrived at the drive-thru 45 minutes before closing. There was a single car ahead of me. They had been there for a good few minutes when i arrived. I pulled in behind them and waited... and waited...and waited. I watched as the driver and the worker had an (apparently) riveting and hilarious conversation. Money changed hands at least 5 times while i watched. I don't know what was ordered or how many. I don't know if the worker was alone or had help. After 25 minutes no coffee had changed hands and the conversation was in full flow. I had only budgeted 35 minutes at most to buy 2 coffees. I ran out of time and ended up having to back out of the drive-thru. As the shop faded into my rearview the car still hadn't moved, the coffee still wasn't brewed, and I was still thirsty.

Read moreJust ordered the cafe mocha hot. Had a girl walked up to my car and took my order. I prematurely tipped thinking the service would fast and efficient. After about 10 or more mins waiting at the drive through, when I finally made it to the window, I was asked what can I get for you. I stated I already ordered. Her reply was, did you pay? I stated yes. And she proceeds to confirm my order. I stated yes again. While the other girl who took my order was I guess making my ordered, I’m asked if I want a stopper, coffee bean and a coffee sleeve since it was hot. I answered. Yes. When I finally got my drink, the drink was very milked down. Almost essentially hot milk with chocolate powder. I’m so irritated with the quality of this drink. Essentially no coffee whatsoever.
