So I live in an apartment near the sunrise mall. Ordered a large pizza and 2 orders of wings. After delivery that was almost 50 bucks. Told them that the gate doesn’t have a code they would have to call. They called when it arrived, had to put my shoes on and walk out the door. Up until this point, I had a great interaction with this place of business and was happy about my purchase. But this is when things take a turn for the worst By the time I’m leaving my apartment he calls again and asked if I’m still coming. It took me 3 mins to get my shoes on. I replied said I put my shoes on and was walking out the door and be there in abut 2 minutes. There’s 2 gate entrances. I walked out the the one he wasn’t at, didn’t see him. Called back exactly 2 mins from my 2nd call with this driver, and he was incredibly rude on the phone told me that HE LEFT MY FOOD ON THE CURB!!!! And he had “other deliveries and he needed to “get ready for close up”. This was about 945pm, website states they close at 11, he claimed that he had to stop deliveries by 1030 to help with close up. I’m absolutely baffled that someone would do this and be rude on the phone to be when I’m trying to locate my food on a curb at 945pm in the cold, that he left sitting next to ducks that roam the area. I called and complained to the manager and she was very apologetic and asked if I would like another pizza. I declined the offer for another order of food because it is absolutely outrageous that this company would employ a delivery driver that would behave like this. Food should never be left unhandled like an Amazon package especially since I was actively in communication with the driver. Unacceptable behavior from a food delivery service, or behavior from any employee. I wish I had gotten his name to call him out on the review and I was so mad I didn’t even think about asking for it. I would highly recommend NOT using this round table and order your pizza from a different location or different company...
Read moreThis location fired all their delivery drivers due to the minimum wage increase. They are now going through door dash to deliver their food. However they made no effort in posting this at their store or website. I placed an order last night and had an eta of 7:16pm. I called around 7:45 wanting an eta on my order and Michael or Jeffrey ( He gave me a different name during my second call) informed me it was in transit. 20 minutes later I get a text from door dash saying my driver was at the restaurant and waiting for the order. A few minutes later pizza got here stone cold after I'm sure sitting at the restaurant for over an hour. I called again to obviously complain and get a refund even offering to return the pizza to the store. Again Michael or Jeffrey whoever he identifys as that night pushed all the blame on doordash even though doordash sends updated text litterly on everything. Refused to refund me and told me to call doordash. Which I did, he was correct on the refund process. But the cruddy thing is that door dash driver got a negative point against him and wasn't able to keep his tip because I requested a refund. Shame on you Roundtable Pizza. Pay your employees and don't hire ones with zero integrity.

Ordered a pizza last night and they canceled my order after attempting to get ahold of me only once I waited for over an hour then I called the store to hear they canceled my order. So this morning I tried to order the same order since I promised my kids and they haven't returned my rewards so I can't even make the same order that was canceled the night before. When I talked to a manager again this morning she informed me it would take a few days to get my rewards back so now my kids are unhappy and I never want to order from round table again which is a shame because it's my kids favorite pizza. What a huge disappointment round table should have made sure I could order the same thing I ordered last night and that should never have been canceled in the first place. The roundtable app accepted the order and the restaurant should have honored that in the first place very bad business practice. My whole family is really upset now thank you round table you ruined 2 days in a row of meals...
