This place looks like a house that has been converted into a restaurant. Pull around out back and they have ample parking. I started following them on Facebook and have been meaning too try them for a year now. Boy am I glad I finally did. This place is a nice little hidden gem. They had a special on wings today .50 cents each . I.dined in and ordered a dozen garlic Parmesan Wings. They are some of the best wings around. For .50 cents a piece I was expecting tiny wings. They are large and they give you lots of sauce. I hate when I order wings and they don't have enough sauce. Also they were crispy just how I like em. I also ordered a thing of fried pickle spears. delicious, no place around has the spears anymore. You can only find pickle chips. I also got a dozen mild wings too go to bring to my friends house for him. I will definitely be coming back too this place. Thinking of stopping in for the $20 prime rib with two sides that they have on Friday. All the food that came out of the kitchen for other customers looked fresh and delicious. So glad I stopped in too give this place a try. Also the prices are very reasonable. Oh and the waitress was very personable and attentive. .......11-23 updating my review. Took away a star.Went here to dine in with my boyfriend. My fish was good so we're the wings. They could have used a bit more sauce. My boyfriends mushroom burger was lacking. The mushrooms were not sauteed they were basically raw.The burger was very under done. It was still kinda bloody. He likes it slightly pink in the center. Very thick burger, just needed to be cooked longer. The fries that came with the burger were good. They appeared to...
Read moreWe always have a hard time finding a place to eat in Auburn. We searched for a new place to try and this restaurant came up. We are very glad we tried it. The owner shared with us that most of their business is done through take out and they even have a takeout window.
We came in and sat down in their roomy, beautifully decorated, dining room. Everything about our experience was pretty great. The food is a solid 4 only because some things are a 5 and some things fell a little short. Our appetizers the nacho platter and the smothered tots ere both a 5, my son and I both ordered the Haddock he got Cajon (4.5) he wanted tater tots but took them home. I got the Fried (4) and I ordered the house made onion rings (4) they had great flavor and were cooked well, just a bit on the bready side for my liking. My husband ordered a bacon Bleu burger and unfortunately it was a little undercooked for med rare so he would give it a 3.5. My other son ordered a chicken parm sandwich (5) and a side of mac n cheese (3.5).
I have to say, eating here makes you feel like you are eating at your friends home and they are a super good host. The coffee was spectacular (5), Service (5) just the right amount of attentiveness, Cleanliness (5+), atmosphere (5).
I noticed they had a sign they rent out for parties for groups of 12 or more, I am keeping that noted for a family event.
There is a spacious parking lot and a driveway that goes on both sides of the building so you can just drive around it. Very convenient.
I would recommend bringing cash, they do accept cards, but you cannot leave a tip on a card, and these girls...
Read moreA little errand hopping today, swung over to a local eatery to try something besides the daily special for lunch. If you haven't yet tried their daily specials at Roseadah's, well, you should... A nice small dining room, or take out. I am diabetic so I ordered the broiled haddock, and the fresh veggies of the day, side of slaw, Sister ordered a Specialty Burger and a side of Mac n Cheese. Fried Wontons for appetizer. The appetizers arrived as we sipped our still warm beverages. We both made a mess of our shirts with the wonton filling, but none went to waste, very tasty on their own, but we opted for the sweet chili dipping sauce, killer, I could have eaten another order. Entrees came, both were perfectly prepared. Broiled fish was firm not soggy, seasoned nicely and even the zucchini and peppers saute was spot on. I was bad and had a bite of her Mac n Cheese, oh boy, good thing I had enough to eat on my own plate... The slaw was simple, fresh, not to sweet, not too tangy. House rolls were soft, nothing special, and neither of us understood the blended butter spread, I guess a simple garlic butter/bread would have sufficed. Sis showed me the slight pink on her obviously good Half Pound Burger. We had no room for deserts, certainly did not walk away hungry, a common problem with so many places today. Staff was attentive and friendly, not overly. We really needed nothing with such well prepared dishes. Keep it tasty, present it right, wins every time. See you next time Roseadah's Ps. It's a cozy place, call ahead if you have a...
