Burger King — Restaurant in City of Binghamton

I really look forward to getting Burger King when I have a couple extra bucks every now and then. In fact it was one of my favorite places to grab a quick burger. I ordered my usually bacon king meal that is rather pricey for fast food but it’s a once in a while thing that I don’t do often so that’s fine. THE FIRST BITE I had what felt like a hair ball in my mouth I spit it out and gagged. I’ve never been more disgusted in my life I reached up to feel what was in my mouth and I pull a long strand of hair out of my mouth so I spit it out all together and I puked. Upon closer inspection there were MULTIPLE different strands of hair in my FIRST BITE. I’m absolutely appalled. I called the restaurant and I told them that I found the hair in the burger and the manager told me that he would not issue me a refund and said that I would have to drive all the way back to Burger King and show them the burger because he thought I was lying. And only then would he MAKE ME A NEW BURGER. I’m sorry but what establishment calls a customer a liar. This is the type of service you can expect if you decide to go get Burger King on court street. You should expect a long wait time and you should be very careful bc that might not be a strand of lettuce it could be hair. Will not be...

11:45 pm I tried to go to the drive thru because it's one of the few things open, but there are unnecessary over hangs measuring 8 feet. I drive a van that wouldn't fit under, so I got out of my truck and tried placing an order. After waiting for several minutes with no response over the intercom, and a couple cars starting to wait behind me, I walked to the window. When I got halfway to the window, I heard the intercom, the worker had taken the lady's order behind me. When I got to the window, the worker told me I couldn't place an order, because I didn't have a car. But she had me standing there like an dum-dum, they really could have said something over the intercom. I showed them my van parked right next to the drive thru entrance, and they told me I had to drive thru in order to place an order, and that it was a company violation to serve me not in a car, and that there was a safety violation, although I was clearly visible enough for the old woman behind me to stop and wait. What was I supposed to do, block the drive thru with my van so nobody else can order after me? The supervisor's name was Mike. I spent $20 on taco...

If I had the option of zero stars I would do that. I have never in my life had a more horrible drive thru experience. The man took my order and payment and then I only got one sandwich out of 3 and that one was made wrong. He had told me to wait and they'd bring it the other meals. So we waited for 10+ minutes. Then I go back through the line and he says that I didn't order the other sandwiches, which I had witness to the fact that I did. Then he was very rude and basically yelled at me for taking up his line saying he has 2 1/2 minutes per order. There weren't any cars behind me, so I wasn't holding anyone up. I was so mad that I drove to the burger king on front street and reordered the burger they messed up and get my other two meals.
