I just finished working evening shift and forgot my dinner at home that evening so I didn't get to eat. I decided to go to tbell and get some yummy frito burritos. Thats what I ordered ( 2 of them) but the girl at the drive-thru seemed very confused and overwhelmed; she was not attentive to me when I was talking and apprered to me distracted. She asked me if I wanted to make them supreme? I was then confused and asked what makes them Supreme (they don't come supreme). She said tomato and sour cream. I said sure. Then she asked if I wanted them hard or soft and then muttered something and said of course soft. Confused, I then double checked and asked if they were frito burritos and she said yes. Then she said anything else and I said fire sauce. I pulled up to the drive-thru and paid noticing the price was also off. She handed me the bag and I checked and noticed it was 2 soft taco Supremes and no fire sauce. I stated that I did not want those and I wanted what I ordered. Then I asked if she wanted the soft tacos back and she said no. She asked me to pull around and I waited till she brought me one frito burrito (still no fire sauce). I stated that I did not get to eat that night at work and would like the other one I ordered. She went back in and came back shortly without anything and told me I had what I ordered and was not getting another one. I asked If she heard my confusion in the drive-thru and she said no. I then asked if I could go back thru and she said yes. But I feared that they may do something to my food at that point and I had wasted enough time and just went home without my correct order or fire sauce. I also felt uneasy that they basically accused me of trying to steal or whatever. Upon arriving home my burrito was cold and disproportionate made up of mostly fritos and a drop of sour cream at the bottom. It was also busted open. I do not appreciate being made out to be a liar or a thief and then pay for something I didn't even want. They could have taken those supreme tacos back and thrown them out for all I care. I'm not the type to make reviews but this really grinded my gears. Do better...
Read moreDO NOT WALK INTO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT NIGHT:
They WILL NOT serve take-out orders to customers like human beings.
This location arbitrarily begins refusing take-out orders anywhere from two to three hours before the restaurant even closes.
But you wonât know that until you walk in.
The lobby isnât closed; the doorâs wide open, leaning against the opposite wall, held open with a brick.
Instead of locking the doors at night, theyâre opening every door of the building, stacking the chairs & tables, staying up all night, smoking cigarettes, revving loud motorcycles & doing âpeel outs,â inside the âdine-in,â area until the restaurant is brimming to the teeth with so much smoke you canât even see through its windows anymore; all you can see from the road is an epileptic display of brilliant shining colors & flashing lights like that music video of, âThe Foo Fighters.â
Skulking around camouflaged under cover of the intense blinding rainbow haze of bright light pollution, every single last one of those yuppies in there has a stogie drooping from their bottom lip while building up a greasy blotch of sebum & wax on the concrete beneath the place where their bare bodies rub up against the pavement from pulling the exact same lame old prank over & over again all night every night on every customer walking in at night:
âWeâre closed.â
Well excuse me but your âdine-inâ hours & your âdrive-thruâ hours are identical; place my order like a human being, you hunch-backed slob.
Donât be surprised if you walk into this Taco Bell & theyâre outright refusing...
Read moreLiterally worst taco bell my fiance and I have ever had. One, nothing was right and two everything had little to no meat or really much of anything that was suppose to be in them or was missing items. My fiance's gordita crunch wrap only had meat ( very light meat, no cheese or lettuce nor the jalapenos we added to it. His 2 grilled cheese burritos had no chipotle, barely any meat and missing the jalapenos we added. Mine had meat but was missing sour cream and chipotle. We also got a crunch wrap, had maybe a tenth of meat on it. We ripped it apart, had one piece of lettuce, no jalapenos again, missing the sauce for it also. We got a quesadilla, with added chipotle, no chipotle and 5 pieces of steak in the whole quesadilla. We would normally check our food before we took it home but one he just got off a 12 hour shift, stopped at taco bell because I saw it was open again so I didnt have to cook, and had a 30 minute drive home. Half was mine so he didnt want to rip mine open and check either. I'll add a photo of the gordita crunch to literally show that we pretty much only ate tortillas. What a shame because before they closed for renovation we were there all the time because it was our favorite taco bell. Only thing I could say was worth it, was our nacho fries. 50$ later, we were both still hungry and very upset. Honestly wouldve taken it all back if we werent so far away. Waste of our money to just...
