Subway — Restaurant in City of Binghamton

Michelle is incredibly professional and works hard at her job. A dude in an neon orange shirt came in and started yelling at her for not having his food ready while she still had others ahead of him. She remained professional throughout the whole ordeal. He made unkind remarks, left in a rage, then returned a few minutes later saying things like "Don't you know people work?" And "I want to call your boss". Everyone in the store stood up for her, as we all witnessed her trying her hardest. He folded as soon as the pressure was on him to leave her alone. He said "That's why you work at subway" and "I'm gonna get you fired for sure" and stormed out once again.

Michelle was amazing, she did everything she could and was apologetic towards us...

Meh it is a subway. I am not a huge fan of subways to begin with but we came nonetheless. My sub had a section of the bread that got burned. I hate when my subs get made and the banana peppers and jalapeños are just slapped on the roll without looking at them to make sure they are edible as there are both where the middle tops are not tossed out and those peppers are not edible and you look ridiculous pulling pieces of food out of your mouth! My significant other asked for a chopped salad. They gave him a regular salad that was not very big and did not chop it nor did they say at the time of ordering this location does not have the chopped salad. Overall the experience was not the best and I hope to not return...

The meatball sub at Subway is my favorite....the employees are always friendly and have smiles! They do "not" hesitate when I ask to put the roll in their commercial oven to make it crisp for me. When I look around, the Restaurant looks clean, and I am strict on quality. It all depends on who trains a person, and so far....all looks good to me! Even litter is picked up around this restaurant whereas, people throw litter on the street, or outside of car windows that disrespects another person's property! Keep up the great work....by the way, the "East Side" is one of the best areas for "least amount of crime" all across Broome County! ...
