After 3 years of trying to find some actual quality Mexican food and not just Tex-Mex in the Southern Tier, we found it in Chiltepin. The tacos, tortas, quesadilla, all delicious. The lengua tacos are something I've been searching for since moving to the area, and they deliver. The tacos come bare minimum with your chosen protein on 2 corn tortillas. They have a "do it yourself" topping bar where you can make it how you want. You can choose from 3 types of salsa, pickled vegs, onions, cilantro, all the appropriate fixings needed. Super friendly staff, laid back and simple atmosphere, coupled with hands down the best Mexican food in the area. We look forward to going back and working our way...

When I got it, it was already lukewarm, so the cheese never came close to melting. It’s marketed as authentic Mexican, which made it enticing given the lack of options around here. The service was great; the guy at the counter was very kind and seemed happy to be there, but that’s just not something that can make up for the food sadly. The other reviews belong to people who have never had authentic mexican...
