Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in City of Elmira

On this occasion my girl called the store & asked for specials. The employee that answered the phone proceeded to list the specials available. We tend to be difficult customers with my GI issues & my girl being a vegetarian but this CSR took our questions in stride & answered politely. It was done in a polite friendly manner & we then proceeded to make our selections. After completing the order process & waiting approximately 30-45 minutes if I recall correctly (I will note times for future reviews) the pizza arrived as we had ordered delivery. Again like the CSR the driver was courteous & the pizzas arrived hot & fresh to my best recollection. The polite employees & decent pizza (for a chain that is) made for a likeable experience. We had thin crust pizza with alfredo sauce, tomatoes and spinach. Wonderful crispy, crunch Crust holds up well to toppings. Unexpected as thin as crust is. Had garlic sipping sauce to dip in as we love garlic and koi 1st choice is white garlic sauce but decided to try alfredo. Would love to see a Garlic Alfredo sauce.. Specialty bacon chicken barnque was also excellent. App needs work as 2md pizza was chicken barbque and price was higher with no explanation Was told at counter chicken is a premium meat so it is a dollar more. Odd since pepporoni avgs 7dollar a pound and chicken around 2. Had originally asked for extra spinach amd tomato amd apparently extra means 1dollar more bit app doesnt say that. Well first off, more positively the place is really clean. The negatives......the lady working the cash register was rude, she just really did not want to be there. I ordered my pizzas, she just acted really annoyed by me. So we were dining in, it took forever to get our pizza. Come to find out it had been sitting on the counter for a while, they didn't even call us up. Got the pizza to the table it was scalding hot, but that was good, cuz it was very fresh. It was the most disgusting pizza I have ever had. The sauce was too spicy, the sausage was ok, but the ham had a funny taste to it. Chessy bread was just ok. I spent 52 dollars on pizza and it was gross! I will not be going there again. I used to think dominos was good pizza, but...
