Paesano's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in City of Elmira

I really really debated on this review but im hoping that maybe the staff will see it First off I love the service there and order ALOT my favorite was the grilled chicken salad I told everyone how great it was We usually pick up Last night I ordered the grilled chicken salad large pizza and wings The pizza and wings were great but I dont think I’ll ever be able to eat the chicken salad again First off the chicken was very very fatty not able to be eaten there was no cheese at all and the chicken had not been marinated There was absolutely no flavor at all Also it came with no bread I threw it away after the fatty chicken made me feel nauseous the salad was 12.00 and it was wasted money Since i do not think i can get the tasteless fatty chicken out of my mind that Ive ordered over 20 times i will probably not order anything else there as I like to get everything at one place The staff is always great and I’m not trying to be insulting just honest that salad should never have left the restaurant my total bill was over 40 Im disappointed that i no longer will be able to get the salad I crave and order every chance I get The last one wasnt really up to par either but was edible i figured it was a one off but i found out it wasn't and this...

I ordered exactly what was the special today last week. mushrooms and sausage on both only pizza i order from you.. if ya have a history ya would see this.. i was told ya got a credit to replace the pizzas.. honor ya credits and ya wont lose anymore customers.. no need too call me back i ordered a pizza and sub from o.i.p.

update: 02/07/19 paesanos has not only removed my comments from facebook too hi der people knowing reality they blocked me as well.. yanno what just proves ya wrong and ya hiding facts...

Hope the owners review these left comments and straighten ya workers out.. stop sending out wrong products and or not holding ya word too credits for next orders .... FIX IT OR YA LOSE KORE...

Ordered a large specialty pizza online. They charge .95 cents to order online, even for takeout. We received a text 7 minutes after ordering pizza that it was ready for pickup. Really?? We called and asked if a freshly cooked pizza could be ready in 7 minutes. Staffer told us that they were having problems with their system. Pizza will be ready in 15 minutes. Picked up pizza after the 15 minutes. Horrible!! We could tell that it was precooked dough and sauce and just added toppings and cheese melted. Dough was cold, sauce looked dried up. Very disappointed. We decided to give them another try as previous order wasn’t up to par either. Hope owner can make some changes. You’ve lost...
