I have been with Boost for over five years. I started with one line and added three additional lines. I called Boost on 7/11/2025, to cancel my line ending with ×××9057. I asked the representative how long it took to remove service completely and in my case the end of the billing cycle. I think Boost should update their policies on cancelations, because to have your plan removed same day use would need to report the phone loss or stolen. Since the phone wasn't neither, I decided to wait 7 days until turn off. 7/17/2025, the line that was due to be removed was changed to active after billing cycle. Turns out even though my request to turn off went in by me the original account holder, Boost website allows anyone of the user to change your password and gain access to your account with cell access code and pin. Once I was notified by email that my account access was changed I called customer service. I spoke to four different employees twice on 17th of July because the phone was being changed by one of the yours who has a disability. There was nothing that customer service could do but provide a trouble ticket 6289041. Boost mobile makes it too easy for anyone to gain access to your account and find your fin. The pin shouldn't be visible to anyone on the site and the other account users should not have access to log in. If a customer wants to remove a line it shouldn't take a week or more.
