Burger King — Restaurant in City of Fulton

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this restaurant. I am even further enraged that I am unable to give this place 0 starts. How hard is it to make a spicy sandwich spicy???? I understand that there could have been a mix-up because of the large party I was ordering with, and I figured that could be part of the issue, but upon checking the receipt, I saw that I had, infact, ordered the previously mentioned spicy chicken sandwich, and it appeared on the receipt as such. There was also a sticker on the wrapping of the sandwich to further confirm that it was spicy. Unfortunately, I took a bite of the sandwich and immediately noticed no sensation at of any sort nor any hint of spice. It still tasted somewhat good, though. Even though it was okay. Still, my disappointment is immeasurable and my Tuesday is ruined. Absolute F tier garbage.

I was recently forced to eat here again, and before even getting my food, I was informed that there was no sparkling water. Yes, I am aware that that may make me a slight bit entitled as it is a rather uncommonly requested and special item, but this is still just RIDICULOUS. Every single other fast food place in Fulton has sparkling soda. I hate this place with a passion. I hope they permanently close and NEVER come back here. They also take far too much time to get you your food. For example, the 20 we waited to get our food today. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!! I enjoyed my visit when I was there, from helpful workers to a comfortable atmosphere I would recommend visiting. The prices range from low: $1.99 to high: $9+ depending on what you order. The food was good and I liked the French Fries I'd ordered, being a nice size and not too salty. My only complaint was the burger I got had no diced onion which kind of threw off the flavor of the burger. Drinks were a nice size, with a small, but good variety to choose from. Seating was open and I found a place quickly. I would recommend that you bear in mind what time of day you go as seats may not be available. My biggest impression was how the workers handle customers. The day I went a older man had the wrong order or close to it and was loudly arguing with a worker about the mix up. He wasn't nasty about it, but was rude in his tone. Whoever the worker was handling it did so with the patience of a saint, because instead of losing their temper, they were courteous and fixed the order quickly. My hats off to that worker! Horrible employees at this location. I order a kids meal and mozzarella sticks. When I got to the window I asked the window attendant to make sure u had marinara sauce. She looks back at my order on her computer and tells me "It should be in there!" So before leaving the lot I check my bags, low and behold the marinara is MIA along with my son's fries. I loop around and make them aware of this at the speaker, the respond with nothing for a good minute or two so I say "Hello?" Then I finally hear a response telling me to go the 2nd window and it seemed like her tone had changed and an attitude was now there. She also seemed rude at the window making our second exchange. As I left the car in front of me was reversing from the exit to also have their order corrected.
