I got delivery, it was a tad later than they predicted. Since there's a pandemic right now, it's requested that the people drop the food off at your doorstep before you go retrieve it. The driver pulled up to the center of my apartment complex building so I opened my door to flag where I was, the passenger was the one delivering, i opened the door while he was walking towards me maskless. I then shut my door and waited for the guy to knock, which never came, so I opened my door to see the food was dropped off, and the passenger was already back in the car. During this whole exchange, the person couldn't even look me in the eye, and then sort of stared in one direction leaving with a look of distance, one might assume that they had some issue going on.
I come to find that the 2 liter I got had its seal already broken, and was shaken to all heck as it practically exploded as I initially opened it, only to realize all of this.
I would not get delivery from this place again, we are in a pandemic and it seems that our driver may have had his maskless month on some of our order. Naturally, I sanitized and threw it out, this place should really consider their delivery options carefully during these times. It would be a shame if this business was a contributor of this virus.
They have large quality stickers, they should put then on everything, considering Doordash has about %30 of its drivers eating the customers food, but as for me I just won't. I won't put my family's or I's lives at jeopardy because of...
Read moreLet me start off by saying the "2 stars" is given solely for the complete lack of quality control and customer service. If it were not for the price, I'd be hard pressed to give this location a single star. Q/C issues; the quality of the product has taken a nosedive. The main issue is overcooked/ burnt pizzas, it's not hit or miss either, I'd say close to 90% of the pizzas/bread sticks I've gotten were way over cooked. This has been an issue at this location for at least the past 2 years, probably longer. Customer service; what's that? I wish I were kidding, it has gotten really bad. It's not all of the employees not even a majority. But there are a few bad apples working there.
Outside of my rating, is either a company-wide policy, a franchise policy or just poor customer service. Because I don't know what factor is at fault for my biggest issue with this location, I did NOT factor this into the "2 star rating". They had a $6 extra pepperoni and cheese deal. Ceasars (in my personal opinion) uses way too much sauce. I had asked for 3 of them with light sauce. I was told they'd be almost $12 each, the reason given was "company policy"... They would make me 3 fresh $6 pies as is, but if I wanted LESS sauce I'd have to pay "full price".
This makes absolutely zero sense, I truly chalk it up to poor customer service. I ended going to dominoes told them what had happened and was given 3 large extra cheese, extra pepperoni and light sauce for $5.99 each.
TLDR; Poor product and poor...
Read moreI like going to little caesars, the people who work there are always polite. There was one day I went and they were running out of cheese. There were only 2 working working that day. People were calling in to order and people just coming in the get pizza. They were so busy that we had to wait am least 20 to 30 mins for their food. I understand what they went through that night. I used to work at Subway in Arizona. A lot of times on the weekend I was by myself. I had to do prep work and make sure the customers were getting their food all awhile trying to get online orders done. People sometimes understood what I was going through, some did not. So if you go into a fast-food place just think about what is going on behind the counter, and just try to be understanding you don't know what is going on...
