First off, I’ll say I’m not really sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. I personally haven’t experienced any of these issues, though I understand bad experiences do happen.
My experiences though, have always been nothing but positive. We love this place, and usually go at least a couple times a month. The food is great, the queso is phenomenal, and the chips aren’t far behind the queso. If nothing else, just go for the chips and queso. Or just eat the queso with a spoon. Just get it.
If I could give ONE criticism of the food, it’s that the beef could be SLIGHTLY more seasoned, but it hasn’t stopped me from going back repeatedly. Just get a little taco sauce and problem solved. I’ve transitioned from burritos to nachos. Both are great. Either way, portions are large. I easily get 2 meals worth of food out of the nachos, and people are complaining about price?
I see people complaining about the prices, but why? If you’re going to a local restaurant that offers far superior quality to Taco Bell, AND much larger portions, but expecting Taco Bell prices, then you have to address that issue with yourself. That being said, I’d much rather pay a couple dollars more to support a great local restaurant, with much better quality food, than save a couple dollars and support the nameless chain restaurant. Honestly though, I’ve never once thought the prices were high.
Finally, in my experience, the service is always great. It’s most impressive because it’s always run by nothing but high school age employees. They’re clearly held to a high standard, and it shows. I always walk out thinking how impressive it is that they seem like such good employees, relative to what you’re used to at your typical fast food chain run by employees of that age.
Plain and simple, Fajita Grill is, and always will...
Read moreThe food is pretty good but nobody seems to know how to make it. They are not sanitary at all, the last few times I went, the chips didn't have enough salt, the Guacamole tasted like olives, there were two hairs in my food, there was an avocado sticker in the avocados, you can tell that the meat is dry by looking at it, you can see how old the Guacamole is, etc.
I think the girls want to look cute so they let their hair hang in their face but it just gets in the food. The Queso is WAY over-priced, $7 for a large thing of it is ridiculous. Their dining room is always FREEZING.
I used to be OBSESSED with Fajita to the point that I only went there on lunch and people would buy their gift cards for me. Now it's not worth it. There was one girl at the fulton branch that did a great job but she's gone. I literally only asked Bre to make my food because otherwise it's bad quality. Speaking as someone with managerial and restaurant experience, something needs to change and and it needs to...
Read moreI went through ordering two burritos at once. Making it clear the chicken was for my son and the pork with diced jalapeños and cilantro on it was for me. At the end the kid says he put yellow tape on mine. So we pass out our food at the table here. Already getting cold from the blasting air conditioner.. I see my son has my spicey cheese dip that wasn't spicy at all. So I grab that mind you I double check to see the yellow tape on my box. I'm halfway through eating wondering why there is no kick or nothing. With having jalapeños diced up and "spicey" cheese dip on it. All of a sudden my nine-year-old is talking about his mouth burning. I realize he has my pork, jalapeños, cilantro, and black beans. And I have a chicken burrito no beans, onion, and not much more... Wth... at least my 9 year old loved how his turned out. Definitely a lot better than what I turned out with.. we got three burritos and paid over 60$ everything good and flavorful at all, was...
