Taco Bell — Restaurant in City of Fulton

I have been to this location several times already with my Son, but this visit I decided to eat inside for the first time. I am happy to say it was a great experience! The place appeared to be kept clean (except for the soda machine area). Other then that minor detail, I didn't notice any other areas. The food was very good as always, and my order was correct as well, which it has been in the past also, almost 100% of the time. The prices however have climbed over the years as well (per the norm) but that's everywhere, not just Taco Bell. The employee Mike, who took my order was the nicest, most outgoing, friendly, courteous, professional & good sense of humor individual I have ever had the pleasure to interact with! Mike should be recognized for his awesome work ethic, given a raise & be noted best employee of all time! Seriously, he should be the example for new or old employees anywhere to look up to for Customer Service! Mike should be the set standard for all fast food chains! Our family orders from this location at least once every two weeks or so and I don’t think we will be continuing going forward because it’s just been a hassle. Every single time there is either something completely wrong or missing entirely from the order. Chips are always placed upside down in the bag and it seems the way the items are put together in general is just a careless mess. My husband decided to download the Taco Bell app with the thought that orders would not be wrong in the future if they had everything in front of them to prepare the order, but this is not the case. Every time we have ordered through the app, several things are wrong. Today we placed an order and items were missing. When this location first opened, everything was great to the point where it was impressive. It seems management, attention to detail and quality overall have completely gone downhill. Always great an delicious food. Temperature is always right. Textures are point on. Now their customer service is great and would rate that separately a 5 star rating. Always willing to make it up to the customer in case any mistakes are made. The elderly get discounts. Employees are always tryna make ur order cheaper if they see what ur ordering can be turned into a combo meal for a bit cheaper. They love to help make sure their customers get what they are coming there for and spending their money on. And another great thing is u can make ur order however u want. Add anything u want. I even worked for them in Fulton and represented them to the finest. Just wish one of the customers gave a good review. And I’m willing to call out all employees and cooks at Taco Bell that u all are doing great, keep working hard, be precise. I know things get tough sometimes due to rush hours and lack of employees.
