Read moreUnfortunately, I was not impressed with the Andy's sub I received. The "whole sub" was only 10" long. It wasn't even big enough to share with my husband. I basically paid $12 for a half sub! The roll wasn't very soft at all. I was told the roast beef was med rare, and as you can see it was anything but. There was hardly any meat on it at all also. As anyone from this area knows, Andy's has had a reputation for years in Hornell for the best subs! Unfortunately, the new owners haven't quite lived up to the reputation. This was the nicest, cutest little sub shop I've ever been to, I've never had customer service like this at any other establishment, and on top of that, the sub itself was delicious. One of the best I've had in a while, besides DiBella's. While DiBella's or Wegmans might have the advantage of top of the line ingredients, being big businesses, I'd probably order from here 3/4s of the time. And also, hot sauce...
