McDonald's — Restaurant in City of Hornell

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to, and I've literally been to an untold number of them from Kuwait to Europe and Asia and all over the US from Cali to the east coast. Absolutely worst service employees are worried about cell phones and no organization. Stood at the register for 10 min while employees just looked at me then the lady that's supposed to be running the register comes walking back inside because she was apparently outside on the phone talking about proving some she had some ladies phone in her hand. I also had to clean a table because its dirtier than the McDonald's trailer at baghdad at camp liberty in iraq 2010. Completely unprofessional when she spoke with me and acted like myself and two daughters were an inconvenience as I ordered our food. One of the employees had ordered food on the register for himself while I was we were waiting then went back made his owen food. Then we had to wait for him because when the lady finally came back inside with her phone he hadn't paid for his own food yet so he had to cut ahead of us the "customers" to pay for his food. Unreal if I owned this place I'd be in here making...

I RARELY get what I order at the drive-through and over the counter is only moderately better. The drive through communications display has been broken a VERY LONG TIME so you can't tell if your order is correct, it's a crap shoot. The intercom to the drive through is overly loud and may be a contributor to the aforementioned very poor service. The managers think that by offering free fries (or other) makes it right' WRONG!!! People go there expecting to pay for their food but they also expect to receive what they order which doesn't seem to happen.

For many years I travelled extensively both domestic and abroad and this manifestation of McDonald's is the worst I've encountered.

The area behind the counter is littered with fries all over the floor and many of the employees can be openly seen playing grabass or chatting while the lines grow.

Where the hell is the owner?? Do they have ANY pride? When is this location going to get its act together?

Isn't there a district air area manager that advises how badly the store looks...

This is by far the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. Never in my life have I been to a fast food restaurant with a 30 minute wait time in the drive-thru. After living in this town for 2 years I have learned that you do not stop at this McDonald's unless you have a solid hour to kill. And if that was the case, why would you get fast food at all when you could go to a sit down restaurant and get better and faster service, for a comparable price? I don't know if it's staffed by the inbred folks from the surrounding hills, or the multitude of crackheads in Hornell, but to be this consistently terrible over a period of years is absolutely mind-boggling. I know that Mcdonalds corporation provides all of the proper equipment to efficiently run a high-volume kitchen, so the fact that this staff can't put out orders in a timely manner (like EVER) just really goes to show that the management in this location is absolutely moronic and...
