I have the same problems whe a lady her name is Maricruz she always give me to much cream on my latte i usually take my coffe there and never happen with the other guys they are so nice but with her is a mess she always say is a latte and because you don't want ice on it a have to add more cream whatttttsss? I always order the same coffee and you are the first person that you tell that she is rude and bad attitude but i don't care i return the drink because i gonna drink what i want no the thing she gonna give me. Other girl and the same shift when i made the same question she just told me the same answer to the Maricruz and i said omg really they are crazy lady's it's not the first time for a simple ice latte no ice ando no sugar lol.... poor lady's but well she charged me for the shot of coffee jajaja...
Read moreThe handicap parking spaces should be moved over to the end of the building, which is still a short walk for the handicap people. I'm a handicap person and I came in to park today in the delivery truck was blocking both handicap parking spaces. This is a daily occurrence. There's one regular parking place and two handicap parking places so three parking spots were being blocked by the delivery truck. If they move the two handicap parking spaces then the delivery truck would only be blocking normal parking places which would probably have cars parked in them because people would be inside working on their laptops and it would make easy access for the handicap people to pull straight in instead of having to make a right turn to pull into the handicap parking place. Read moreNothing wrong with my order. My problem was with the vehicle in front of me in the drive thru line. They placed a very large order (6+ custom beverages) and held up the line first at the ordering station, and then at the window. I sat behind this vehicle for seven minutes waiting for their order to be filled. In that time, I went from being the only other vehicle in line to seeing a long line of cars waiting to order as I (finally) left.
This Starbucks location did me and those behind me in line a big disservice.
