Egg Tuck — Restaurant in City of Industry

I appreciate you acknowledging my grievances, and for that I did come in and give it another chance. When I came in and ordered I did ask to speak to the manager which happened to be the young woman taking my order. She wanted to personally make sure that my experience was better than the last and also shared a little bit about the company and it’s dedication to providing great service and making sure all of their customers know that they’re appreciated and gave me my meal for free. I’m glad I went back and I wish that she had been there the first time I came in with my boss, he would’ve been very impressed. You only thing I will say that was kind of awkward was that lady that I assume is in training still, she doesn’t wear an apron, but she attempted to take my order again this time and then Shilo walked out. You should probably have your trainees wear a uniform so she can at least look more professional if they’re going to just be standing around like that, it felt crowded a little bit with her just...

I don’t I’ve EVER left a review before, but that’s changing right now because of my experience here at this Egg Tuck just earlier today. I was on my way to work, and I was running just a tad bit later than I normally do. I didn’t know if it was smart to stop for breakfast, but I was starving. So, I put my hopes on Egg Tuck. Not only was I able to make it to work on time because of how quickly they got out my breakfast sandwich, but I thoroughly enjoyed it!! The eggs were so good and creamy; I could NOT believe this was my first time stopping here. And I have to shout out the person who made it happen: Shilo (Shiloh? I’m so sorry if I’m misspelling her name). That young lady had this place moving like a well oiled machine, and she genuinely made my day! Your customer service skills have to really be something special to make such an impact in such a small window of time. I mean, she was so great she literally inspired me to write my first review!! LOL!!

I’ve been to this Egg Tuck location multiple times. So much so, that the assistant manger and I know each other on a name to name basis. I can say the service is only consistently fast, friendly, and smooth when she is there. Today it took about 35 minutes to get my food. But when it’s a different manger it is ran completely different. Expect a long wait time and a totally different quality in food. Disorganized and slow today. This is absolutely ridiculous I came in yesterday food was not to standard, came in today service was slow and eggs didn’t taste like usually. I came to the conclusion when The assistant manager isn’t there really no point in coming here. Egg Tuck you really need to step up or at least take notes from people who actually know what they are doing. It’s so disappointing because the potential is there, it’s just...
