Almost every time I order either the order is wrong, there's missing items, or the beef patties and/or chicken nuggets are so old and dried out. Tonight my husband was out with family who drove through the drive through so my husband could order dinner. He ordered 2 triple cheese burgers that are supposed to be 3.39 each and somehow just the 2 of those rang up as little over $9. Worst part is that all 6 beef patties were so burnt they were literally BLACK and crispy around the edges and so extremely dry. I had one bite of each and found them both to be absolutely inedible. Also got a cardi b/offset meal and they forgot the apple pie and the beef patty for the cheeseburger was dry and burnt BLACK just like the 6 patties on the triple burgers. Also, got a 20 piece nuggets that are very dried out. The only good things was the 3 sodas, and the fries and qp with cheese. So I tried calling several several times and get 3 or 4 rings then a fax machine tone. Now it's after 8 and the lobby is closed and I am walking from a mile away. So i wont be able to get the pie they fprgot and my triple cheese burgers replaced. I wasn't even gonna ask fpr new nuggets. I wanted to call to make sure they would replace my food and even bring in the nasty stuff but my daughter was hungry so she ended up eating the cheeseburger. My husband ended up eating 6 out of the.20 nuggets. And I threw away the triple cheeseburgers. Wish their phone worked. I feel like they're ignoring calls cause it does ring a different amount of rings each time before I get this fax type of tone. And of course they didn't give a receipt ....which they almost always do at the drive through so I find that funny especially since I was over charged for the triple burgers. Now I have to wait till tomorrow with no receipt (their fault) and hope they answer tomorrow. Good thing I took pics. I'm already going without...
Read moreThis place is a joke I walked in to order food for my children, we do not do this often I had my service animal with me he did not have a vest as he is very small he had a tag on his collar with his name on it and the opposite side says service animal the manager or employee not sure who he was met us at the door and said very rudely “That dog can’t be in here “ I then responded “ To order food and walk out the door?” He repeated himself so we turned around and left the store I then called and asked for corporates number he answered the phone and when I asked he said “umm for what?” And I responded “ because I was just denied service because of my service animal.” He said “ well that was me you spoke to and there is a sign on the door that says no pets/animals allowed” I said he is a service animal and he said “ oh well IF he is a service animal come on back he need to be clearly identified”(sarcastically) as I stated he has a tag on his collar and then he proceeded to say that I need to show papers or what not legally a business cannot ask for that kind of stuff because it is a violation of HIPPA he then said “ go ahead and call corporate” then hung up on me what kind of timer service Is that!! So I did call corporate and left a message for marketing/store corporate management now I am waiting for a call back I will update when I hear back. Read moreToday I went to the drive-thru and there was a sign that said the intercom sensory system was not working to say hello and somebody will answer you. So I said hello twice….and waited a min…So after not getting a response I drove up to the second window, when I got there I was greeted by a lady with short dark hair and blondish highlights on the top with piercings…well i’m not entirely sure it was a greeting but she open the window and told me that the intercom system was not working and I explain to her that I understood that that I saw the sign and that I had said hello twice…. She said the gentleman will take my order and that he was at the window but I would have to drive all the way back around which I could understand that if there was people in line waiting there was absolutely nobody in line behind me…. So in reality she could’ve just taken my order because it was quite simple….But that wasn’t the part that really bothered me after she stated what she had to say she rudely slammed the window and walked away never waited for a response for me. Well I’m sorry I didn’t appreciate as a customer being spoken to you like that so I guess you lost business for that day for me maybe whoever is above her should have a conversation about her rude attitude towards...
