Planet Wings — Restaurant in City of Middletown

I gave this store a year ago 4 stars now I'm giving them 1 stars. I order a deal I paid $60 for. I didnt eat my food right away when I finally opened up my order I seen I didnt get two things that suppose to come with my order. I then call and had to speak to three different people who asking me the same questions . They finally said they will send my missing food. when the delivery OLD guy came he had the nerves to say oh you didnt know that order was missing? instead of him saying hey sorry about that and enjoy. i feel that was disrespectful after I paid for my food with my hard working money i didnt ask for nothing for free. this place I will never buy back again....

Placed an order at 12:11pm for a cheeseburger and fries for delivery. Waited an hour and called the store to check on it and was told it was out for delivery. Another half hour goes by. I call again and was told it was still sitting in the store. I said I would come pick it up instead and they said that’s fine it just came out 10-15 mins ago. (Lied again) After almost 2 hours I was served THIS DISGUSTING ICE COLD BURGER AND SOGGY FRIES !! The burger tasted nasty as well. Terrible service by a bunch of young kids who had no idea what was going on. Absolutely...

I ordered a thai chicken salad And I picked up my order... When I got home , it was a garden salad with chicken on it. I called them to tell them.They gave me the wrong thing , but yet they charged me for the more expensive salad. They said they were closing and there was nothing they can do for me.
