Mexico Alegre — Restaurant in City of New Rochelle

I give 4 stars and not 5 ONLY due to customer service. The young lady that works there with the long hair, shes been there the longest is not so pleasant. At times i have said hello and she doesnt respond, other times when you walk in she does not even greet you until you greet her. I visit alot of restaurants and the customer service is so nice and thats what keeps you going back. She does not look like shes happy there anymore sad to say. Tacos were great! Service was self, I really don't know how to explain it, you order and they bring the food to your table. The counter had like usually drinking and eating which I don't like personally. I loved the food and the prices are good too. It's very clean because I had to use the ladies room and it was clean. Customer service was horrible. My father ordered a shrimp ceviche and when we opened our order there was barely any shrimps in it. We went in and kindly pulled them to the side and told them about our issue. We even brought the ceviche back to show them the food and their response was “thats how the shrimp ceviche comes” they refused to give me my money back or change the order.
