After getting home with our food we realized we did not receive our whole order, living a half hour away we decided just to chalk it up.then the phone rang and it George’s calling to let us know that they Had made a mistake and they wanted to bring us the rest of our order delivered for free. we told them it was ok mistakes happen but they insisted on getting our food to us. So the delivery guy brings us our food and apologized up and down for the mess up. The bigger blonde lady came off very nonchalant and very much take it or leave it at first saying that I need to call the app I used to purchased the food from and get a refund. The guy that was cooking offered me wings that he just made even tho they weren’t the best I was appreciative. Read moreTrying to give them a chance since I’m new to the falls , the first two times the food was gross , so I figured third times a charm , I went in to pick up a steak sub and had to say hello THREE TIMES (politely) to get the staff to acknowledge me while their backs were turned , an older man said “I’m so tired of customers “ I asked the woman there if I heard him correctly she said “yes you did” I took my debit card and left .
