WOW!!!! My familyâs first time in Niagara and we were in an all out search for gluten free pizza and another pizza joint recommended The Little Bakery. That blew me away because who recommends the competition? We soon found out why.
We wanted to sit down and eat but found that it was to-go only. No problem though, as soon as we walked in, Jason treated us like family. We were able to get cauliflower crust pizza made to order along with some wings.
While waiting for the food, I was able to talk to Jason and soon found out that this little spot was much more than just a pizza joint, itâs the very best of the Niagara Falls community. Jason truly made us out-of-towners feel like family and I just want to say thank you for the great conversation and the absolutely fantastic pizza and wings.
The cauliflower crust pizza was amazing and the 3 wing flavors we tried (hot, bbq & garlic parm) were all delicious. I even got a sample of the old-fashioned and it was amazing as well.
I cannot say enough about my experience. The food was fantastic and this may have been the very best customer service experience I have ever had. I only caught Jasonâs name but the other 2 employees were great as well.
Do not be deterred because itâs to-go only. We found a nearby pavilion and had a peaceful dinner as a family with no distractions, enjoying the great food and beautiful surroundings.
The Little Bakery is indeed little but the hearts of the staff are among the biggest in the entire state...
Read moreCalled the Sanborn location on Saunders settlement Road to place an order after I finally got through the guy picked up the phone and told me to hold. I understand it was busy and he was taking other orders but then when it slow down you just heard the two people in the background talking about how theyâre not going to be taking any more orders. After waiting on hold for over 15 minutes I hung up and tried to call again. They would not answer the phone. My fiancĂ© went down in person to place the order there was no line they seen she was there, and she was standing there for five minutes before anybody acknowledged her. during this time, the phone was constantly ringing, and they were making no effort to answer. One guy is standing outside, smoking a cigarette and the other was working. When they finally came to the window, she explained what happened and they said they would not take any more orders until after five. Poor customer service. This is not the first time Iâve had an issue the last time I went there. They were apparently clothes, but there was a guy sitting in a chair wouldnât even look at me to let me know they were closed. I will be taking my business elsewhere...
Read moreI had pretty high hopes for this bakery. I have heard good things about their pizza and I know the owner(s) really help out the community, and for that I truly applaud them. However, the pizza was dissapointing. I bought 2 slices of the "sweet sauce" and 2 regular. The sweet sauce was semi sweet at best, i have had almost every sweet sauce in Niagara County and this one just doesn't compare. I almost thought they had made a mistake but my spouse said she could taste a tiny bit of sweetness. The regular sauce was okay just about the same thing as the sweet sauce. The rest of the pizza was just off putting. It had the texture of a microwaved pizza slice and you can tell that their dough must just be the same recipe as their bread, which isn't ehat I expect from pizza. I only tried a few bites of each I couldn't make it through any. The worst part was the actual building itself. Honestly, frightening to think about eating anything from there. It was filthy. Like filthy filthy. Every type of dirty. If it was my establiahment I wouldn't even let customers in until I cleaned it up. I am not brave enough to go back....
