I like to order from them for lunch however EVERY SINGLE order has been messed up. The first couple of times they kept only sending one tummy shot. Then they sent wraps when I ordered salad. Sent one smoothie when I ordered two. Just literally every order something is off , I have not received one order that was exactly what I ordered but I kept trying to support because the food and smoothies are really good and they’re a black business . Today has been the last straw the complete order was wrong . Once or twice is fine things happen , but it consistently just seems like they literally send out whatever they have left over in the shop. My job was looking for new local Rochester vendors and I wanted to submit them since I do like their wraps so much and we have a large vegan population but with their inconsistency I would be embarrassed to even suggest to my co workers. I started as a customer looking for healthy lunch options and the food itself is good, however I don't like walking in and not being acknowledged. I don't like ordering my wrap and them consistently not having the ingredients that I want or them having the ingredients but being too lazy to open them up. I love this place I go almost every other day or week. The smoothies and conversation gets my day started. The energy when I walk in is refreshing. The brothers and sisters that work there will give you tips and remedies towards a healthy lifestyle. I recommend B+healthy to ANYONE I come across.
