Barnard Crossing Bar & Grill — Restaurant in City of Rochester

Walked into a fairly full bar, with a couple seats open in clear view of the bartender who made eye contact. Just wanted a drink while I did my paperwork. Sat there for 15 minutes, was never once asked if I wanted anything. People working here only worried about what was obviously their regular day drinkers. There wasnt any room to be able to approach the bar to request a drink, staff should have noticed and approached. Very minimal options from what it seemed, I didn't see any Blue Moon on tap. Didn't get a chance to spend any money, walked out after making very obvious eye contact with the bartender who again ignored me. To then watch her flirt with one of the drunken dudes at the bar. I came to this bar because it was it was open until 2am (it was 12:20) and when we arrived to the bar the doors were locked (the sign on the door said open until 2am). I then called the bar asking if they were open and the female said “no” and I responded with “the door said you were open until 2am” and the female responded with “hmmmmm” in a snotty tone...
