Gregorio's Pizza — Restaurant in City of Rochester

Literally the worst customer service ever. I placed my order at 7:26pm on a MONDAY night for delivery. I was told 45 mins. When it got to 55 mins I called and asked if the order was on the way. I was told we'll it hasn't even been a hour yet. I then told them I was told 45 mins. They asked me where my order was going and I was told that the food just left and would be on its way. I call back at 8:45pm because the food still has not arrived and I was told that she just watched the food walk out the door. So I asked was the food just made because I was told 20 mins ago it was on its way already so now I'm confused. They assure me it just left and the food is hot. 9pm and still no food. Finally at 917pm I get a call saying the food was here almost 2 hours after I ordered. Start handing out food and guess what my order is wrong. I call them back and explain that the wings are wrong and they say they will remake but only if I bring the food back. I say ok how long till the food will be done? I am told 25 mins. I get there 30 mins later and they still had not even stared to makea the food!!!! I swear I can't make this stuff up. I tell them I want my money back its a problem. They ended up giving my money back but not before I started getting upset. They were rude and very unprofessional. And we will find a new place to order from because we will NOT be going back to Gregorios. Which is a shame because we order all the time like 2-3 times a...

Went to do plumbing for a clogged drain. He did not like the price to clean the drain. I called my boss to help him out and still didn't accept it. After that fact I told him unfortunately we wouldn't be able to help him out. He began to yell and scream at me and me being a great guy just doing what I'm told and trying to help people out was verbally attacked by the owner. As I backed my work van out to leave the parking lot behind the pizza shop he stood in front of my van leaving me feeling like I was being held hostage. As he was threatening to call the cops because I didn't do work at the price he wanted. After asking to pleaee let me leave he started to scream at me to hit him with my work truck repeatedly and to call the cops if I didn't like him holding me hostage. I was very worried and had a anxiety attack. Finally my boss was able to give him a ear full and helped me escape the parking lot. I'm so very blessed I wasn't hurt or anything further happened. I want everyone to be careful and be aware of how quick something so small can out you in a scary situation. Please please please. Be safe if you ever are working for this company or just as a civilian. Never will I go there for food or feel comfortable being in the location of his establishment was definitely a wake up call for me....

DO NOT EAT from Gregorio’s pizza, the food might be a take back from a previous customer! OVER THE WEEKEND MY NIECES ORDERED FOOD‼️‼️

The kids ordered 20 wings, they mistakenly delivered 40 and 20 mins later pulled up demanding the extra wings back after the kids went through and ate what they wanted… they’re claiming they came back to get it to throw in the trash but to that extent I’m sure it’s a lie. It was possibly served to another customer last Sat night!

Manager claim she does not care, we did not pay for it… so that’s her reason for sending her driver back to get them so she can throw it in the garbage”

The wings were given back but at that point as a business I wouldn’t have pursued some food that was possibly touched on…..
