Seneca cafe — Restaurant in City of Salamanca

We ate here while our Tesla was charging at the Supercharger located on the property. For us there are few vegetarian options on the menu other than salad. I give them points for making a variation on the Philly Steak and Cheese sandwich by omitting the meat and add some extra cheese. It came with a pickle spear and sweet potato fries. I don't cost $17.00 as did the Mediterranean Salad we got. It seems kind of spendy for a casino cafe.

Service was really slow given how few other customers were there at that time. It took so long that we almost ran into "idle charger penalty" with a 40 minute charging session I increased to an hour by increasing the car's charging limit. Fortunately, there were enough open chargers we weren't risking inconveniencing anyone else needing to charge, but ended up buying more electricity than we needed top continue or trip.

They should add a veggie burger option to their menu. A meatless soup option would also be...

I’m going to start off by saying apparently they have employees that never show up and it’s a constant thing. Second the waitress says the kitchen won’t cook food well done. Third I ordered nachos they taste like dog food I ate one chip and sent it back. The salad my husband ordered was cold the meat tasted store bought. The croutons wasn’t croutoning. Then we ordered burgers .The fries that are supposed to be Fresh were stale. And not even hot. The burgers weren’t steamy and they were not seasoned they literally tasted like what came on it. Mushrooms and Swiss. And the bill came out to be $70 the burgers were not worth $20 the salad was not worth $20. I’m so pissed we wasted so much money and weren’t satisfied. I felt sick after. I still left a tip because it’s not the waitress fault the food was gross. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME EATING HERE. Someone is going to get sick eating...

Was the worst service experience i have ever encountered. After we put our food order in we didn't see our server for roughly 45 min. Needed a water refill for most of the time there and never ended up getting one. When the food finally came out half of our tables food was missing and the “hot” sandwiches were cold. The server frantically tried to correct everything that was missing. After dropping everything off the server still forgot the coleslaw and told us we could wait or just not get it. When we were finally able to pay she mixed up all of our bills and had us paying under the wrong tabs. Then told us to figure out between us how to fix it. What we thought would be a quick bite then close out the night gambling a little bit turned into a bad experience that took up almost 2 hours of the night. With rude and...
