I have been a loyal customer of this company for nearly six years. When I first started with them, they were known as Champions, now Arona. Over the years, I’ve seen many employees come and go, but two individuals who have consistently stood out are Tonya and Sean. Their warm, friendly greetings have never changed, even when some time passes between my visits to the store. Their kindness and professionalism have always made me feel valued and welcome.

The newer staff—new to me, at least—have also been exceptional. Most recently, Matthew and Jonathan delivered my new sofa. They were incredibly friendly, respectful, professional, and efficient. It’s rare to encounter a delivery team that makes the experience so pleasant from start to finish.

The consistent friendliness and professionalism of the entire Arona Home Essentials team have truly made them my number one choice when it comes to appliances and furniture for my home. After all these years, I have no plans of going anywhere else.

I went in there to get a dresser and TV, the lady says let Me see if we have the TV so she goes over to a bunch of new ones (in the box) right out on the floor and says yep we have one so I go threw all the paper work and sign. We will bring it in the morning. So they do and I tell them just set the stuff in here and they do and leave so I go out and look at the stuff and it's a used TV not in the box and no paper work not even a remote to operate the thing. And I'm suppose to be paying to buy this.. So I call the store and tell the lady what is this a used TV without a remote even I thought I was getting a new TV in the box( I assumed I was getting a new one when you went and looked to see if ya had one that was in the box). She says let me put you on hold and she comes back on and says oh yeah we do have a new one but that will cost you more. So what are the price tags on the stuff for. I told them come get it I dont want a used TV. What a joke... She says yeah we have one but that will cost you...

I love Arona best in town... I want to give a big shout out to Tanya she's the most amazing person she works with you when you have to help someone else out with your payment she makes it right with you she doesn't say oh if you can't make a full payment I'm going to come and take your stuff away like other companies do like she's the best like I love Arona I used to go through Rent-A-Center in Olean never again I will be going through Arona like if I could give Tanya an award for being amazing worker the best you know person to work with with making payment arrangements I would in a heartbeat thank you Tanya...
