First let me tell you all about the food. The roast beef isn’t even good. It’s parts of the cow no one eats blended together and regrounded into one big loaf. Then its flash frozen and sent to various Arby’s where they cook it at the actual store. Which you shouldn’t because the ovens are cleaned maybe once a week. And the slicer is barely cleaned too. Employees don’t wash their hands or wear protective gloves while cleaning it. They discontinued potato cakes, onion rings, jalapeño poppers, ham and the three cheese and philly sandwiches. They don’t seem to have the meats anymore right? So if that disappoints you right there don’t come here. Also they clean the shake machine once a week if that. The pans on back line that hold all the cold cuts, vegetables and cheeses are never cleaned and management doesn’t enforce it. The cold storage for meats is only cleaned when corporate comes in to do monthly audits. The fry area isn’t maintained either. They will keep up all kinds of food and sell it to customers way past sixty minutes. And each item in that area only lasts for thirty minutes tops. But they aren’t eating it they say so why should it matter? But it does matter. People are paying for fresh food not the trash they give out. The employees have food timers also and only use them when corporate is there. They should throw away the cookies every night but they resell them two maybe even three days later. No one hardly washes their hands. Yet again they only enforce you to wash your hands when corporate is in the building. Otherwise these same rules do not apply. Now this fact, this company is one big joke to work for. They gave me a fifty dollar bonus for working through the pandemic at this Arby’s location like my life’s worth that much ONLY and for a multi billion dollar corporation at that. Little to no benefits at that place. We’re a dime a dozen in the fast food industry. I was there for ten years and they wouldn’t give me bereavement pay unless I was a manager when my stepfather passed away from cancer. And they discriminate against customers. Say you’re homeless or an addict of some kind. They’d not let you use the restrooms or the employees talk an amazing amount of disrespect behind their backs on back line like it’s so funny to be that low in your life. Arby’s is the worst place to be employed. They talk down to you like you’re stupid and they are better for being a manager. Save yourself and avoid applying here. Get a state or county job. Least you’ll get pension...
Read moreI think this might be the only fast food place in the city that has workers with basic customer service skills. I don’t even care for Arby’s food, never have, but I went here once and the service was so pleasant that I keep coming back and it’s the same every time. Management has done a wonderful job hiring/training people. It’s the little things that make such a difference. Eye contact, and greeting and a “have a good day”. You go to McDonald’s or Wendy’s around the city and the workers never smile, they don’t even say hi or have a good day, they stick their arm out of the window with your bag and only ever glance over in your direction if you take more than 2 seconds to grab it. Shameful. Shoutout to this Arby’s, they’re setting a...
Read moreThe food was good but the table wasn't very clean plus there weren't extra napkins available if you needed more then what was covered in grease from the bottom of your bag. The bathrooms weren't very clean either and they had a code that you had to enter in order to get in. I'm not familiar with any restaurants with this feature but I'm not from New York so... Lastly when I went to use the bathroom the employee that was in there had just exited the stall as I went in the second one, and she just left with out washing her hands. I did not hear the sink run. That was my first impression...
