The worst Burger King I’ve ever seen. The staff (all except for the manager) were all moving in slow motion. There were maybe three people in front of me who had already paid and were just waiting for their food when I placed my order and maybe two cars in the drive thru when I walked in. Fifteen minutes later, I got my food: extra mayonnaise on the Whopper when I asked for very light mayonnaise, one missing onion rings, no Zesty sauce for the onion rings that they did come up with, and they ignored me for 10 minutes while I tried to get them to give me the rest of my order. When they finally gave me the missing onion rings, I asked them for two Zesty sauces and she gave me just one and ran away and ignored me again until I gave up. Read moreI live around the corner from this location. I normally have to ask them to make sure the onion rings are fresh or their constantly forgetting something. I worked in fast food and I know how it gets. No matter how much I would get wrong I always would make up for in my customer service. I went in today after I went after going through the drive through because they forgot our pies. Went in and I showed them my receipt after i explained they forgot the pies. No one said anything to me other than here you go. Never got an apology or anything. Honestly I usually go out of my way to make sure I don’t go to this exact location. Approach the counter multiple people in line. Manager seem confused and customers waiting for their order. When I approach the desk, they appeared not to know where my order was. When I showed them on my phone, they told me I needed to give them my name not the order number so I proceeded to give them my name and then they said they didn’t have the item which on my screen said that it was available 15 minutes prior to the time it was one I was standing in line.not a good experience at all.
