I had an outstanding experience working with Chris and his team at Northeast Entertainment!! We built a new home and Chris's team mounted our tv's (which is a very new experience for us), introduced us to the Frame TV (which we LOVE!!), set up and taught us how to navigate these new televisions. We are a bit older and found this whole world of streaming quite intimidating but Chris's employee Ryan was kind, patient and very good at teaching us! Ryan, Tony and the entire team were a total pleasure to work with! They were most knowledgable but also most considerate of our home. They were neat and removed all boxes and debris to our garage. During the building of our home we worked with many sub contractors and Chris, Ryan, Tony and the rest of the guys were among the very BEST. Chris and his team are the best around period! I did plenty of research and I am so happy I went with Northeast Entertainment Inc. to wire and install a 5.1 surround sound system (2 in wall speakers and 2 in ceiling speakers, center on mantle), wall mount the TV over the fireplace, connect to receiver and wire and install 4 cameras with a doorbell camera and install a WiFi access point. They are so knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process and will make recommendations to better your experience. I wish more contractors were like them being so neat and clean during the install, you would never think holes were cut in the walls/ceiling. They have a ton of experience and the pricing is very good! You should really stop your research right now and go with Northeast Entertainment Inc for all your electronic needs! Northeast Entertainment is EASILY the most professional and quickest home service me and my husband have ever used. Chris is very friendly and informative with incredibly FAIR prices, in fact throughout the installation he noticed that he was able to save ME and my husband money by not using certain equipment, which took money out of his pocket! But his level of honesty and integrity was very much appreciated. Also, his employees who were in my home to mount my new televisions, were incredibly friendly towards my dogs, 2 pitbulls, and my 9 month old daughter.
