I get so upset when people say this place is dirty because it isn't. The neighborhood it is in is poor. I live in this neighborhood, believe me, you can tell which places are dirty and which places just don't have a lot of money. This place, despite being in a poor neighborhood, is some of the best Chinese food I've ever had in this city, and I've eaten a LOT of Chinese food in Syracuse, all over the place, suburbs included.
