this is the worst pizza place in the Syracuse area I ordered a mushroom cheeseburger and 2 cheeseburger deluxe's I also ordered 3 big slams instead of sending the big slams like I wanted they sent 3 of the 2 liter bottles the burgers were small and the French fries were a very small portion ( TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE THERE WAS A PIEACE OF PLASTIC IN MY BURGER ) Every since the new owners took over things have gone down hill the orders are always cold and there is always a messed up And the staff is very rude they do not understand English and they barely speak any English I had to repeat my order 4 times and they still messed it up The parking to this place is a nightmare They should not...

Ordered Sabatinos last night through the Slice app. It tasted really good but about 22 hours later my small family of three developed diarrhea within an hour and a half of each other. It’s been chaos with one bathroom and we’re all miserable. We rarely eat out anymore because everything is getting so expensive. This is the only takeout/delivery we’ve had in a week. I asked for a refund through the Slice app. According to the customer support rep Sabatinos closed early in their system and wasn’t answering the phone. Be safe and eat somewhere that isn’t going to make you sick. I’m really disappointed I ate leftovers before the diarrhea hit - not looking forward...

I ordered a pizza and it took them 2 1/2 hours to deliver and when I got the pizza it was the wrong order. I called so they can fix the order, they told me they would send me the right pizza and take the I have back. After waiting over two hours for my food I wasn’t going to wait another 2 hours to send me the right pizza, they told me they would deliver in a hour and the pizza never showed I called them back and the phone kept ringing.
