Twin Trees Restaurant — Restaurant in City of Syracuse

i use to order food from them all the time for me and my daughter and one day a driver came over to drop of my food as usull and i paid him and i didnt have extra money for a tip that day and i could not belive it he ask me where was his tip. i shut the door and me and my daughter to eat our dinner.i called back the next week, and i was told they would not deilver food to my adress anymore because i threw the food at there driver. i was so shocked when i heard this, and i tried to call the owner of the place to take about this crazy story his driver made up. i left many messages and ever talked to a woman there, and she hung up on me and told me they was busy. i got know wheres with this crazy story there driver made up so i guess the mangment dont care about there customers so beware if you dont have a tip to give a driver you will be put on there no deliver list and some wild story made up about you too. i cant help but to wonder what if i sat in to eat there and something was wrong with my food, and i sent it back who would get angry and what would they do to my food because they could not make up some story inside the resturant and throw you out or maybe they could cause the mangment dont seem to care either.i would think twice before ever eating there if i was you. me personaly i would not eat there again if they was giveing...

Very rude employee. Once regulars but never going again. An employee rudely confronted our table on a tip in front of the entire restaurant, saying “really? A 3 dollar tip on an 80 dollar bill?”. He did not know our financial situation, let alone how we viewed his service throughout the meal. We felt rushed. It resulted in the employee being highly confrontational with the entire table, standing on the stairs we had to use to leave. The employee angrily said “it looks like you need the money more than I do”, suggesting we were lower class. A member of the table got upset at being confronted and being made a spectacle of the entire restaurant and told him to walk away, of which the employee did not. The employee then decided to say “well maybe you shouldn’t go out to eat, then”. When going to speak to the manager, the employee followed us and would not leave us alone. Two of us had to retreat to the car because the situation was embarrassing, scary, and downright unprofessional. To anyone coming to this restaurant any time soon, the food is good, but watch out for...

While on vacation we made reservations for the Twin Trees restaurant, it was a Tuesday evening the place was busy and the food they serve there is definitely the reason as we were with several family members we had several different items off the menu me personally I had the stuffed shells that were out of this world, the garlic pizza was out of this world , a sample of a few bites of some of my family members dinner the veal parmesan, and spaghetti with meat sauce each item I tried just made me want to come back for more, sorry no photos of a table full of delicious Italian food has we were so hungry that when they put it on the table we said our prayer and and devour the apetizingfood as if we hadn't eaten in a week, it was a fantastic experience as the servers were fantastic and the cooks in the kitchen deserve a pat on the back for cooking Appetizing, eye pleasing, appetite satisfying, it is definitely someplace we will revisit while we are...
