Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in City of Utica

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Delivery driver was excellent: prompt, polite so I tipped well but I order what I order every single time (both of the baked oven dip combos w a side of garlic knot bread) and they were both so over baked that I couldn’t even get them out of the container. They were burnt on the edges and ROCK SOLID. They’re supposed to be cheesy dips and they were so hard I couldn’t even scoop them out with a spoon. They’re usually SO GOOD! Never had this issue so called to let them know and the manager was incredibly rude, put me on a hold a bunch of times w no warning and told me there was nothing they could do bc all of their items are placed on a conveyor belt so there was “no way” they were over baked. After basically harassing them for an hour bc they kept pawning me off to corporate (which is just an email confirmation of your complaint with NO resolution or human contact) they told me I could bring the items back in and wait to have them replaced but they would not partially refund or redeliver bc I do not drive. Will never eat with them again and it’s a shame bc that was the first time I’ve ever had an issue w their food being...

Ordered 2 LARGE pizzas and when we got there, they gave us 2 MEDIUM pizzas because the worker thought we wanted the special even AFTER she repeated the order back to us during our call. They knew it was wrong before we got there and yet STILL made the wrong order. they should have called to confirm the order if they had ANY doubt with what we wanted. Although apologetic, they didn't try to make it right until they chased us to our car and offered to make another medium which we would have to wait 20 minutes for which would cause the 2 pizzas we already had to be stone cold. Should have offered to make the 2 LARGE we ordered or redo all 3 MEDIUMS. The taste of the pizzas wasn't good either. The sauce was horrible. There were flies in the restaurant and it could definitely use a cleaning. The cleaner bottle was hanging off the dumpster. A week ago we tried to order from there and were told that the oven was broken and they were waiting on a technician to come and fix it. That should have been our warning sign but we gave it another try anyway. ...

TERRIBLE PIZZA!! First off, I walked into the New Hartford, NY location and couldn't even find a menu! Then...I discovered that none of the prices were posted (very frustrating)!! I had to get the counter clerk to tell me the prices for multiple items, which wasted her time and irritated me!! I finally said "Screw it, just give me a small cheese pizza with extra sauce!". It cost almost $11 with tax! I didn't have to wait long to get it, BUT...talk about small!! The pizza was as small as you could get, and it didn't even have the extra sauce I specifically asked for!! It was NOT worth the money!! Let's be honest, Domino's doesn't really make good pizza...it's mediocre at best!! But this pizza was NOT worth the money!! A small cheese pizza should be about $6-$7 at these types of establishments! I'd rather have a Little Caesar's cheese pizza (hot and ready) for $6!!
