This place is absolutely unacceptable — zero hygiene and no respect for customers. I would not recommend it to anyone.

First, I asked for vegan noodles. The waiter repeatedly assured me they had it, only to later say they didn’t. I then ordered a vegetarian dosa, and he reassured me it was “100% vegetarian.” To my shock, halfway through eating, I discovered chicken pieces in the curry. When I confronted the owner, their response was casual and dismissive — “Oh, is it so?” They simply took the plate back, laughed, and said it wasn’t a big deal.

As a vegetarian who follows this diet for religious reasons, this was deeply offensive and distressing. Their attitude showed complete disregard for customer beliefs and trust.

To make matters worse, even the water had a bug in it — a clear sign of poor hygiene. I should have taken that as a red flag and walked out earlier.

Please do not go to this restaurant. They lack basic hygiene, do not value their customers, and clearly have no idea how to run a restaurant...

Visited the restaurant to dine in and ordered take out a few times in Utica because I live around the corner. It was good when it first opened in the beginning. But later on, they kept messing up my order. They messed up my custom noodle bowl 3X! they didn't offer any refunds or to remake my order, I had to pay all the remakes. They don't put much of the ingredients into the poke bowl anymore. Like 5 pieces of salmon..... that's it..... also when making sushi, your RAW fresh fish should be staying at a cold temperature. Since it gets extremely hot in the restaurant, when I order something with fresh fish, it comes out tasting weird from sitting in a...
