I placed an app order for my lunch today due to the fact that the line at the drive thru ALWAYS takes forever. I ordered a GRILLED Cobb salad with no bacon, no fried onions and no tomatoes. Everything I did NOT want wasn’t on my salad, which was great! However, when I got back to work and opened my bag there was NO CHICKEN on a GRILLED CHICKEN salad… I called the restaurant and the girl that answered said “Hey” like she was answering her personal cellphone for one, for two when I told her what my issue was her response was “Yeah… you can just bring it back in so we can fix it or we can refund you”. Her offer to bring it back to have it fixed or refund me was not a problem, other than the fact that I only had 15 minutes until I had to clock back in, so that meant no lunch today. My issue was the fact that she said “Yeah” when I told her what happened like she already knew what they did, which kind of made me feel like it was done purposely considering that I had them not put everything on it… She then proceeded to tell me that she would be there from 8-4 tomorrow so I could bring it back then, and I informed her that I work until 4:30, so I would just like a refund considering I paid $10 for a salad I wasn’t even going to eat. Read moreI'm a current employee of this Zaxby's, great place to work, great food if cooked right. I've been here about a month and everything is going good besides the management. We have 4 managers, Nicole, Trinity, T , & Blake which is the person I'm referring to. I was sent home today for enlightening my manager on duty about a current employee which name is Chris. I've been having problems with this young man every since I've started, Tonight was very disappointing the way management was ran. I wasn't considered, I was asked what was wrong with me when I became quite because I was being told to be quiet no one else. The whole store was having a conversation and I stood up and said a leader should lead by example and you shouldn't talk about people behind there backs not go with the mess. That's when I started getting ignored after almost being cut, burned, food thrown at me getting my feet swept and all I asked the manager on duty did he just see what happened. He didn't reply after several incidents. I would like to advise the owner he doesn't care about anything going on in the store he's leaving in a few weeks and I feel like he's trying to bring me down.
