Me and my family stop in to eat pizza after shopping. We have eaten there plenty of times. When we enter the shop there was one customer before us ordering 2 pizzas. There was also a husband and wife with a toddler already seated and eating. We were up next so we place our order 3 pepperoni lovers and cheese bread. We paid $61.84 and were seated. Then about 3 other group of customer came in and placed their order. I say about 10-15 min later we notice that the people who came in after us all got their food before us . It is now 30+ min still no food. I then notice an employee name (Goat) putting our pizzas into the oven. The place got another group of customer that got waiting on and by this time (Goat and Jacqueline) burn up our pizzas. Goat calls us up to pickup the pizza and inform us it was burnt and ask if we would like to wait for new ones. I asked for a refund and question him why he over looked us for the people that came in after and he laughed. We will never return to this...
Read moreJust tried them for the first time. First, the pictures of other people's pizza looks nothing like what we got. The pictures posted at the time of my review show a fluffy, wood fired crust with lots of melty cheese. We got 2 different pizzas (pepperoni lover and a margherita) and both were flat and resembled a Red Baron frozen pizza. They were also a small personal size. For the price (roughly $10 each), we assumed they were a regular medium size. Thank goodness we did order 2 since there are 3 of us. I rechecked the menu on the app I ordered from and it said nothing about them being so small. We also had to try the meatballs, since they are a signature item. We could handle the size and price if the taste is amazing. We are willing to pay more for an amazing product. As for the taste, meh, well it was better than Papa John's. The meatballs are exactly what you would expect a frozen meatball to taste like. Just not...
Read moreThe girls on the line are super chatty non attentive, literally told them i need the same toppings on both a thick & thin, & proceeded to keep asking me if i wanted the same toppings each time, also i had asked for mushrooms & this girl with the glasses gave me a whole two handfuls & i asked for less on the next one because that was overkill! Then she (glasses) was trying to rush my pizza into the oven without my sauce drizzle. I asked for well done & they gave me undercooked cheese, that it comes off the slice as i pick it, this isnt well done by a landslide, its called serving proportions, i would know because ive worked a line before, save yourself some time & go to mod pizza, pieology, heck even &pizza, atleast they care to some extent about who walks in. Btw the guy at the register was eyeing the card pad for a tip the whole time, way to really make the...
