Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Clarksville

Horrible service don't waste your time or money here! They will lie to customers saying they don't deliver to their address I've had this issue multiple times so much that I had to record them deliver to a house on my same road further down from the main road. I ordered pizza 2 days ago and the GM was apparently the one delivering the pizza, she called us because she couldn't find the address it turns out her workers didn't take down the right address. So once I provide her with the correct address she started saying she's not allowed to deliver here, and that it's outside of their delivery area, so I mentioned to her that I had recording of them delivering to us and to people down the road, and she said "oh well we're not supposed to" sounds like someone doesn't wanna do their job. So I would like to know who I can get this issue resolved with because whomever then GM is at the store now is worthless, disrespectful, and lazy!! Update: Called this morning and spoke to the manager. Turns out the person who said they were the manager last night was NOT!!! The manager had us come down and they remade our entire order for us. We got the food hot, fresh, and everything looked great! This Manager did a great job correcting the situation and the employee will be disciplined (possibly fired) for pretending to be management and being rude and hanging up on us.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas and an 8 piece Hot Buffalo Wings. 1st pizza was supposed to have extra cheese and it barely had the minimum as well as the pizza was way over baked, burnt and crispy. the 2nd pizza was over cooked as well and very dry. I placed a online order at about 4:18 6/20/18 A lady called and said that they were out of pasta so I told her to cancel the order and I would make a new order. She called me back and said that the truck was there and they could make my order now. The tracker said it was out of the oven at 4:33. I had to call the store at 4:55 to see why my order had not left the store yet. The man who answered the phone said he would bring it out now. When it got here it was wrong. One was right but the other was not. On the one that was right the bread was not done all the way. I called the store again and they said they would bring me out a new one.
