It was mostly empty, looked like just one worker and the boss there, no one else. It looked like they weren't expecting anyone and seemed surprised by my entrance, but I was able to place an order.

It felt like it took a while for the food to come out (I stopped by on a whim so I didn't have my phone on me, so I couldn't say how long it actually took though), but once it did I paid and took it home. Exceptionally tasty real-deal food, reasonably priced for real people’s budget, and friendly staff.

Be forewarned that the bar half of the business seems to be an after-work favorite hangout for people to have a couple beers and unwind, so the game room/bar area on the left can get a bit raucous, and the music they play is LOUD (at least the day we went - that won’t keep us away though)!
