Wesbrooks Coffee — Restaurant in Clarksville

I've been there on numerous occasions without an issue outside of a wait at time, but my interaction today caused this review. I went through the drive through this morning and it was pretty quick, the food and coffee were descent.

Around 9am I have a power outage in my neighborhood and figured I'd head back to use the wifi and continue working. I show up and setup my stuff, fully intending to buy another drink and food in exchange for the wifi password.

I stood at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me, it went on maybe 10-15 min. I stood there are all three worked on making coffees, food and restocking the items on the counter I was at. Not a single "can I help you" or "just a minute" in my wait, and I consider myself a pretty patient person so it wasn't an issue. Keep in mind I'm also the only person in the place at this point.

During my wait someone walked in, placed their order ahead of me and received it before even hitting the counter. I don't know what I did to be ignored but it definitely didn't sit well with me so I packed up my things and left.

Am I going to revisit? sure, everyone deserves a second chance and they've been very friendly in every other interaction I've had but this particular interaction just didn't sit...

Anybody that says anything negative about this place id question the persons credibility because this place is the highlight of my mornings every day and they always greet at the door , they remember what you order if u come often, they are intuned with the community and move very fast! The price for the quality is more then reasonable! I see ratings scrutinizing about girls doing girl things like moven they hair or something so un serious , people look , THEY STAFF IS PROBABLY ONE OF THE MOST ATTENTIVE GROUP OF EMPLOYEES that move with a purpose at early hours.. This coffee shop feels like home away from home , the glow of the inside makes it feel extremely cozy, enough space to sit privately unbothered comfortably, very clean establishment, and the people are just really down to earth.. Spectators and potential customers, GO TRY THEM FOR YOURSELF don’t listen to the few people that are to disconnected from society all hard up on doing basic human things like tying hair up.. i go everyday for almost 2 years, NEVER ONCE WAS I SICK FROM THEM TOUCH MY STRAWS NOR DID I EVER ONCE HAVE HAIR IN MY DRINK ! They the best coffee shop in clarksville with excellent hospitality!.. Go try...

I wish I could say I love this business. I interviewed in the summer and the business owner was very nice in person. I was right on time, (im usually early to interviews), dressed nice and I thought the interview went well she even remarked that several people hadn’t showed. And she seemed interested in hiring someone mature and had mention a future for older employees(not in high school) to maybe become more with more pay.Without sharing a lot of personal details I thought it would be a good fit for both of us. I was honest that I had other interviews lined up but I was most interested in this job. And I followed up with a thank you email and then when I never heard back after she told me she would reach out on her decision after the weekend I emailed her to see if she had made a decision the following Wednesday.obviously I knew I hadn’t got it but if you say that you will reach out and you should. Im glad that I didn’t turn down the job I interviewed afterwards because I make 15 more dollars than what she would’ve payed me.I think this was super rude and I was super excited to have a new coffee place in town but I won’t be...
