Usually I have a great review for this place I go there a lot but Sunday August 22, 2021 I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 Sandwiches and and platter so I didn't look in the bag because I usually have no problems with getting all my stuff so I get done the street and realize I was missing 1 of the sandwiches so I call no answer call a few more times to talk to someone to see if they could meet me out front in stead of waiting in a 20 minute line again they kept hanging up on me,So I drive around the drive thru and wait on a worker to bring someone else's order out ,and I catch a worker and explain the problem show her the receipt she says no problem I'll bring it out,Well another worker comes out a different one and says I know it's right I bagged it myself,And I say no I am supposed to have 3 sandwiches and a breakfast platter she reply back "NO YOU DON'T,YOU GOT YPURSELF A FREE SANDWICH" like she was doing me a favor,No I want what I paid for,Well she walks away with her nasty attitude and I repeatedly called back to the restaurant,Once again no answer at first usually a answering machine comes on,NOTHING But a few rings and then my phone says (CALL ENDED)SO NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL OR BUSINESS LIKE AT ALL DONT EXPECT TO GET ANYWHERE.If your order is wrong OH Well they got your money.Very Dissatisfied Won't Recommend No One.Their customers Don't...

This web-site specify that there's only TAKE-OUT NO dine-in and NO delivery. Tried calling to place a large breakfast order to bless all my co-workers...NO ONE ANSWERED!!! So maybe they are busy, I'll send someone to walk there since we are nearby to place TAKE-OUT order...They ignore her standing at the locked door that doesn't state any restrictions or instructions on TAKE-OUT nor any signs that state DRIVE-THRU ONLY. After ignoring her for 20 minutes someone finally acknowledged her and and told her we will open for dine-in on Thursday , and shut the door. I called and left numerous messages and when I finally got thru the OWNER Chris so he says WAS VERY RUDE TELLING ME THAT THEY DO NOT DO TAKE-OUT AND THAT THEY ONLY DO DRIVE-THRU ONLY AND RAISED his VOICE AT ME REPEATING WE DONT DO TAKE-OUT DINE-IN ON THURSDAY...RUDE RUDE RUDE..I WORK FORTHE COMMUNITY AND WILL SUPPORT ALL BUSINESSES THAT SUPPORT AND RESPECT THE COMMUNITY AND TUDORS ISNOT ONE OF THEM. I have only been a few times, but will be going regularly. I always use the drive thru and always get breakfast sandwiches - which are served all day.

The folks taking your order over the intercom seem to be hit-or-miss. I have had a woman take my order who is very friendly and helpful and I have had a man who seemed to be annoyed to be taking my order.

The food I've had has always been great. It is definitely a step above the other fast food in town, MD's or BK's. The difference is the food has been consistently the same great food every time I go. Also it is always hot and tastes fresh. I love knowing exactly what I am getting each time! My new breakfast sandwich go-to!!!
