Living between two Domino's and being able to choose, i usually choose this location. Tonight I placed an order, #1421, When I arrived to pick it up, i Paid and it was brought out and placed on the table, I reviewed the order as I always do to verify t was correct before leaving. It was not, The buffalo chicken sandwich was made in a hurry, and was flopped open in the box. This would have been ok but the sandwich had 5 little pieces of chicken and 2 big onion chunks, some cheese and i guess buffalo sauce. I called to say that the sandwich wasn't acceptable and a female employee answered phone, launched in an angry tirade about scales and measurements and would not let me speak, while I am standing out front of the store in front of other customers, with the speaker on the phone turned on. This is great PR, and display of service. I was not angry or demeaning in any way, but started to get angry after the way i was talked too. An acting manager( male ) then got on the phone and was very nice to deal with. he offered to comp the whole order and remake the sandwich, being short on time, i just asked him to credit sandwich and charge for the two pizzas only. i was not looking for a free meal. I pay for what i order, but will not pay for what i don't receive. After getting home, I found the thin crust pizza to be way over cooked, extremely tough to eat, hard to differentiate between the pizza and cardboard box.So, 2/3 of order not correct, not edible. I was also offered a credit on my account instead of back on my card, but from a prior experience about 8 months ago where i was supposed to have a $23.00 credit on account, and it didn't happen and when i inquired about it, was told oh well, if it didn't happen that night, it wasn't going to happen, i chose to never go that route again and lose money. This location was great in beginning, is going down fast, and the customer is treated very rudely by the staff and is always wrong. Think , before ordering at this location or just be willing to accept whatever is decided to be given to you. If not for the Acting manager tonight, I would be leaving 1 star, when a ) star experience would be more accurate. My contact information is in the order and I would love the opportunity to discuss this with someone that...

The pizza was burned. I attributed that to the fact that it was a thin crust pizza. It was also stone cold when it arrived. Again, I guess I should expect that when a pizza is delivered. However, when we went to reheat it I found a hair attached to the bacon and cheese.
Customer Service - Zero Stars
I called the restaurant and spoke with a young man named John Fleming. My daughter had ordered this pizza. I miss spoke and stated it was a pepperoni pizza because that is what I generally order. He placed me on hold. When he returned to the line, he said “M’am, I see a bacon pizza not pepperoni. If you can’t get your story straight, I fail to see how we can fix this.” Not once, but twice. Imagine that - I am apparently a liar because I misspoke and called bacon pepperoni. The horror!
I asked for a manager at that time and was told Vanessa was the GM and was out making deliveries but would be back in 5 minutes. John does not know Vanessa’s last name, and apparently does not like to give messages. Or Vanessa does not want to talk to a customer who has been called a liar.
After 15 minutes, I called again. Vanessa once again was not available.
Google me this Batman. What happens when a customer is treated like garbage by food service employees? We write reviews. We also air out the dirty laundry. Tomorrow, I will be contacting GBR Pizza.
On July 3, we also ordered pizza from this restaurant and were told by the driver that he was sorry it was late. My daughter said no problem. He continued to explain that the health inspector had been at the restaurant causing everything to be delayed because they were trying to cover the fact that they aren’t following COVID-19 protocols. How then did this restaurant receive a score of 100?
Be warned future customers, you might get more than you expected with your pizza when...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would .. I took my kids (11, 9 and 5 months) to Pelicans today and got snow cones, then walked down to dominoes to grab dinner. We walked in and I started ordering .. there was a guy at the register and a guy standing right next to him watching the whole exchange (his name is Zack) .. I asked for a large pepepeppe pizza, an order of the Alfredo pasta, with no chicken and asked if I could get extra sauce, he said yes, I then asked for an order of the parmesan bread, and three 20 ounce drinks .. he gives me the total, takes my name and I pay, as I was swiping my card I told the older kids to go sit down. As soon as the guy told me it would be 15-20 minutes, the guy Zack said "you can't have those in here" I said "I'm sorry?" Cause I had no idea what he was talking about .. he said "you can't have those snow cones in here" .. so this man waited until after I paid for our food to tell me we were going to have to wait OUTSIDE in NINETY degree heat with my 5 month old .. it took everything in me not to make a scene, when I went back in to get our food, they didn't have the pasta with my pizza, the guy tried to tell me I didn't order it, then said he must not have heard me, and said he could put the order in now, I said no, and to refund my money because it was ridiculous to think I was going to sit outside for yet another 10 minutes to wait for their screw up .. the Zack guy showed him how to refund and said ok it's done .. without handing me a receipt .. I asked for one and he acted like it was an inconvenience to print one off .. I'm still interested to see if I actually get that refund or not .. this is absolutely the worst customer service .. we didn't walk in there with our snow cones to sit in the AC and not buy anything .. I ordered pizza, pasta, bread AND three drinks .. so they were literally missing out...
