My family and I eat Arby's all the time, but this restaurant is horrible. First the guy who took my order was rude and very pushy. I had a family of 5, which I told him we have a big order. Two chicken strip kids meal (fries were old, chicken was barely warm), beef slider kids meal (fries were old, bun on sandwich was hard), ordered a double beef n' cheddar meal (medium meal got small, fries were old, sandwich was just thrown together, half the cheese was on my wrapper), classic beef n' cheddar meal (asked for ranch sauce on the side and not on the sandwich since they overload it everywhere, asked for medium meal got small, hardly any beef on it and they added bacon. Half my sandwich was bacon and then had sauce on it.) Ordered jalapeño cheddar peppers and they were barely warm. Ordered 3 mac n cheeses and they were barely warm. Ordered mozzarella cheese sticks and they were barely warm. I spent $50.00 on stuff that was old and wasn't made correctly. I brought up the fact that my order was small and I ordered medium and also no sauce on my sandwich, the manager said okay ill fix that right when I got my receipt. When we got our order we didn't get fries, my sandwich was still messed up after I informed her the guy didn't ring it up right and she said she will make sure it was right, it even came with bacon on it. When the lady handed us our food I made sure to check my sandwich and when I told her it wasn't right she shut the window and went on doing other drinks. We got ignored at the window after trying to get their attention the second time. We honked and the guy threw his hands up at us and then walked back to the back of the store. We go inside to get the rest of our food and the lady wouldn't give us any corporate number or anything and our food still wasn't correct after we left. Due to being on the road and having a short time frame we had to leave. The lady did say her GM is supposed to contact us. But...
Read moreStopped around 10:40pm on my way to work. Sat at order board for couple minutes, could see all lights on and people walking around inside, yet no one came in speaker to take my order. Proceeded to window and again could see people working inside. One guy even made eye contact then looked away. Finally a lady walked up and opened window. I asked if they were closed? She said no and took my order. Took almost 10 minutes to get my food handed to me. Lady that finally came to window to take my order was very pleasant. Other workers inside seemed to be busy doing what they were supposed to be doing...no one was just standing around talking. Time I waited for my food May have just been how long it took to cook / prepare it. My issue was that no one asked for my order when I pulled up to order board and when I pulled up to window the guy that made eye contact with me then looked away could have at least acknowledged me and gestured something to indicate it would...
Read moreThis Arby's location has the slowest drive-thru service of any fast food place I have ever been! Not only did we have to wait for 15 minutes to order, it took another 10 minutes to get to the window in a line of only 4 cars in front of us. Don't get me wrong, the food was on point! The wait wasnt the worst part though! Either the employees there aren't even qualified to their jobs correctly or they employ some shady characters here! They kept my boyfriend's debit card! Then when we called them to see if they didnt hand it back, they repeatedly said they didnt have it. After repeating his name 3 times... they magically found it and insisted that it was an accident on both of our parts! They also do not offer any kind of compensation for "accidents ".... this was no accident, it was plain negligence on their behalf! If you make the choice to dine here, be sure you have your card/correct change in hand before...
