I came in and was ignored it seemed like the three girls who were there did not want to take my order, I almost thought that they were closing up for the day. (I came in at 2:20pm) there was a small group of teens that were already grabbing their drinks so that prompted me to stay. I stood there for about 20 minutes even after one of the baristas came around to straighten up inventory, I was still not acknowledged for about 5 more minutes. It wasnât until one made eye contact with me that there was some giggling before one came to take my order reluctantly. She did not seem too happy. I made my order and asked for my iced pumpkin spice latte to be made with oat milk as I am lactose intolerant. I thanked them as I left, I was glad to be out of there. It wasnât until I drove off that my stomach began to hurt, I looked at my cup and it said it was made with oat milk. I had nothing different when it came to my meals and was devastated to think that my drink was made with regular milk. This is dangerous and a serious health concern. I donât care if you donât want to serve someone of my ethnicity. You are in a job that relies on customer service and if you donât have what is ordered either ask if we would like something different or say you donât have it and we will go someplace else. I shouldnât have to suffer because of blatant disrespect or laziness. I also had this same drink made exactly as I ordered this one the day before from another Starbucks and had no issue with service or the...
Read moreHow to Order the Baby Yoda Frappuccino If you want to order a Baby Yoda Frappuccino and become a member of the Mandalorian guild, then this is the way. First, you'll need a friendly and cooperative Starbucks barista.
Ask your barista for a matcha green tea Frappuccino in any size you want. Then, ask to add caramel drizzle to the cup, which will serve as Baby Yodaâs cloak. After this is done, you will want to kindly request that the barista top off the drink with whipped cream, caramel, and caramel ribbon crunch crunchies. This will give your drink a bit of a kick and crunch, as well as help to transform it into Baby Yoda. Once that is all done, you will have a delicious Frappuccino that will transport you straight into the world of The Mandalorian.
All in all, the drink will cost you about $6. However, it is worth all the beskar steel in the galaxy. Enjoy every sip of your drink, and be sure to protect Baby Yoda at all costs. You never know which of your friends is a secret bounty hunter, waiting to steal Baby Yodaâand a sip...
Read moreJust ordered two Pumpkin Spice Lattes made with Oatmilk. Got back on the highway only to find that one of the lattes was made with spoiled milk as it looks coagulated and tastes/smells horrible. The girl working there was very nice but she said it was a hot mess so I guess I shouldnât be surprised they arenât checking expiration dates. Great way to waste $6.
Update: Just got off the phone with Max who works in customer service at this Harris Teeter. He checked the trash and found the oat milk used was expired. He offered me a refund/free drink if I came back in person but thatâs unfortunately not doable as I live too far away and was just passing through. Itâs very irritating a refund couldnât be done remotely but I appreciate them checking and validating my suspicion the milk...
