Giovanni's Pizza — Restaurant in Clendenin

I get the need to hire younger employees to support your community and to give opportunities to high school kids but it's unfortunate that that is all this location has. Very little concern is taken in ensuring your orders are correct. The pizzas never have enough sauce and when I have asked every single time for "extra sauce" which should be just normal sauce at other places they may actually provide it 1 out of 5 times. There have been several times where I have ordered the exact same thing as we are a family of 3 that usually eats the same options and paid $5-10 difference depending on who and how they ring you up. In the past I have used this place to support my son's school and basketball team and have used them for tons of big parties but tonight was my last straw with this place. If it was the first time or even the 19th I would consider all the moving pieces but I blew this store up 30 mins before they closed for a to go pick up order and they blatantly ignored the phone. It's a shame there's only one place in town to eat but it's an even bigger shame that the one place there is doesn't care enough about customer service to make an attempt to get it right. This place could make a killing if they would apply some customer service or even answer the phone. I have loved the Giovannis in Clendenin untill today. They were always nice and the food was great with many options plus they deliver in Elkview which is a big plus HOWEVER TODAY when I called a man answered the phone in which I asked what the deals were today and he said it but so fast I couldnt understand him so I asked him to repeat it slower and he noticeably became irritated by raising his voice and repeating the menu I then asked him what the first one was again and then he huffed and got really rude. I then asked to speak to the manager in which the manager basicly condoned his behavior by saying we repeat ourselves all day and they really hate that. I then told him well if that's how I am going to be talked to then I am never ordering from here again and hes like your'e right. I'm sorry I'm sorry. I then hung up because I was appalled at his defense of his employees being rude to me and then QUICKLY changed his tone as soon as I mentioned never ordering from them again. I will say that I have never been so rudely spoken to by an employee when ordering pizza before and as of today they have lost my buisness. Edit: Called in my order, got told about 20 mins. Show up about 20 mins later and the girl behind the register has no clue what's going on. She started reading me a list of names from her screen. I waited and then said nope none of them and then LIKE SOMETHING FROM A MEME "umm, computer says no..." She started back at the top of the list!!! like she couldn't comprehend what was going on. When she still didn't receive the answer she was expecting SHE JUST WALKED OFF WITHOUT A WORD! So, I did too... Without my 2 pizzas. We were starting to like this place too. As I pulled out I saw her walk out with what I assumed was her manager, but again she didn't say "let me get my manager."
