After a long overnight shift at the ER I was on my way to school with practically no sleep. I saw my favorite home Starbucks and decided it was worth being 5 mins late for. Well to top off the morning my card declined in the drive thru. I was only getting a coffee and was just about to cancel my order and the employee handed me my drink and told me not to worry about it. I haven't received this kind of compassion from somebody in a long time. I was about ready to just not go to class because it was becoming such a bad day and my anxiety was crazy. He insisted not to worry, didn't make me feel bad or anything..! Now Starbucks gets a lot of my dollars so it was just really nice to feel the love in return. I insisted I could take a minute to get out of line and find another card but he honestly was so sincere about not worrying about it. I about cried to school but I made it and I aced my test. I do order through phone to pick up ,, and I give them like 20 min time to pick up and still I’ll be waiting another 15 min in store .. and the barista here doesn’t know how to make a flat white .. every other Starbucks I go I never have this issue ...
The manager and few of the employees are not capable of handle the volume of this store ..

Young girl, barista, did her lobby check to clean tables and approached me to ask did I need help, and was I going to order anything. If not, she quickly said that the seating is reserved for patrons which is true. Not even 2 minutes in the store. This is unacceptable as not even enough time to get setup and order from my phone. I guess this store lost my business...
